I have a transcript from a restraining order hearing where Chief Bryan Reyes, PSPD, shows up in court to admonish me on the record and in front of the civil judge where he threatens to arrest me on behalf of a woman that intercepted the restraining order summons then pretended to be someone named "Vicky Rabb". A woman that doesn't exist.
How can the police chief show up to a civil hearing for a restraining order that was legally served or attempted to be served. The order was for Sheree Frey, and the occupant's name on the apartment was "Fry". That's not illegal. It's the law.
So now that we know that he's done this and many other things for Lori LaFond, he could face up to four years in a state prison. Who else from that department is willing to lie for Lori? I wouldn't.
Who's afraid of the big bad wolf now Lori?
If I can find out if Lori contacted Bryan Reyes and he represented her in court as Vicky Rabb...someone that didn't live in the complex where this restraining order was legally served, then he could be in trouble for going on a court record and providing false testimony. Remember, I gave the police a fax from"Sheree Frey" that threatened me after her brother sent me a "u r a deadman" text. The restraining order was legal and served properly by the Riverside County Sheriff, to an apartment bearing the "Fry" name.
