I just wanted to point out to Jeffrey, Missy, David and Bessie Smith what they are looking at in terms of defrauding my sister for a "promise". This money was stolen over two years ago and I want all four of these criminals to understand the penalties for stealing from my sister and forcing her to lie. You four are looking at a very long time in prison for this extortion. When you combine that with the criminal enterprise that these four are now involved with...it's looking like 30 years in prison, at the highest end of the scale because I am an informant and a victim of rape. The penalties are so high that I am actually laughing at Bessie Smith for all that lying she's been doing!!!

Holding this money or using without my permission is alienation of property after the fact. This entire situation where Jeffrey Katzenberg seeks to control members of my family by holding money in a fraudulent situation is also punishable by federal law. What has transpired in the two years that Jeffrey has held this money in limbo is a matter for the courts to decided. If one single penny has been misused or distributed while in his receipt, Jeffrey could be subject to more jail time and fines. As Missy and David's parents sit around while their two kids play drug dealer, they have also entered into an illegal agreement. Missy's mother and father as well as David's mother and father are looking at jail time for their role in continuing this criminal enterprise with Jeffrey and Marilyn. My intent is to have the parties responsible for defrauding my sister, me and my mother prosecuted and jailed. What I did for the Palm Springs Police Department was by their request and their instruction. Every single thing I did as an informant from bringing forward witnesses to child porn to reporting my rape and even becoming an informant, was done because the police either told me to or advised me to. I did everything to the letter of the law. What I got in return was a family from Palm Springs out here taking money and manipulating my family. This has to be stopped immediately. I have never done anything to Jeffrey Katzenberg, his wife or his son that would warrant such behavior. Jeffrey has broken the law or has failed to report that it was broken.
