A new blog? Why?
First let me explain what I am doing and why.
In the past when other victims of this crime and crimes committed by the Palm Springs Police happened, websites popped up, then disappeared. There were two that I was aware of before mine. There was one called "WeStopBadCops" and another called "FreeNick". Both of those websites were created by victims of the crime of electronic harassment.
In honor of Kurt Barrie and Nicholas Edwards, I wanted to be able to keep a sustainable blog online. Remember that restraining order that I was served with? The one from the City of LaQuinta and it's employee, Lori LaFond? That was an attempt to take this blog offline. It is the voice of the electronic harassment community in Palm Springs and unlike my predecessors, I want to make sure that it doesn't go away without you knowing where to go to pick it back up again.
First a few words about these two men.
Kurt Barrie was an amazing man. He has since deceased. He worked as an advocate for the gay community in San Francisco and in the Coachella Valley where we live. We were good friends. He was also a friend of Jonathan Mendenhall's too. He was the kind of guy that saw what I was doing and told me that he, too, had a website dedicated to the safety of our community in Palm Springs. "WeStopBadCops" was his site and he used it to expose the crimes against the gay community that involved the Palm Springs Police Department. He was a really terrific guy. He died of AIDS but before he did, he taught me that people can make a difference if they just work together. It was his inspiration that led me to protest the Warm Sands sting operation before the Palm Springs City Council. I'd already been represented by the ACLU and I spoke at the meeting to the entire council. That inquiry put me on the map in terms of the City of Palm Springs knowing that I was the guy that was mistreated at my rape interview. His HIV virus may have been the result of an intentional infection, but his heart was all him. I miss you Kurt, your spirit lives on in this blog.
WeStopBadCops was mysteriously taken offline when Lori read Kurt's mind and took his password to hack his blog and end his attempt to bring attention to the population of Palm Springs. How convenient for the police to have Lori able to squash any attempt to bring attention to some of the weirdest law enforcement officers in this country. Hacking blogs, gay men's dating websites, emails, phone numbers and just about everything else is a standard in this crime. When the people can't speak, it has gone too far. The police have to be accountable for their actions just like you and I.
When I was told that Lori LaFond was behind this crime, by Jonathan Mendenhall, I knew that I was right on the money when she pretended to work for the City of La Quinta and tried to take this blog offline using her favorite Commissioner, Larry Best. He does little favors for her, usually when she pretends to be part of a "Special Forces Unit" calls the judge's secretary and asks for special (aka illegal) treatment of victims of this crime. Those "little favors" amount to illegal sentences, illegal warrants and illegal restraining orders. We have the proof.
The second website was told to me by Anthony Dabiere. It was called "FreeNick.net". It was a personal blog about a man named Nicholas Edwards. Lori likes to tell people that we're all friends conspiring against her. Nick and I are not friends. In fact we don't really get along very well, but for this project, he was all in!!! Nick had spent years in the Warm Sands area working on a solution to electronic harassment and the operators who he called "The Shadow People". He is also the person that put up signs in the area that said, "I hate Lisa too," right next to all my posters. He knew that Lori was pretending to be "Lisa" and he spent many nights in Warm Sands with his videos showing whoever would pay attention that there was something wrong going on in our little city. Of course Lori called the police on him and he was harassed, but there is nothing illegal about telling your story. Lori didn't like it, read his mind and summarily deleted his account too. No more FreeNick. I thank him for his efforts though and I know that he and I fight the same battle. His implantation put him in a wheelchair for many months suffering from Morgellon's Syndrome....a debilitating disease that worked on his nervous system. This was not the only victim of "Lisa" that was in a wheel chair either. Lori loves a captive audience.
So in the abundance of caution and after Lori had her cousin steal a password disc from my home for her to steal this blog, I wanted to make a backup. It is so important that if something happens that I get the news to all of you. I get about a hundred hits a day on average, so there are many people out there that care about what this urban legend come to life is really doing. I don't want to risk losing you. So what I am working on this weekend, 9/29 - 9/30/18, I will be putting together an alternative site just in case something happens. I could accidentally lock myself out of this blog, remember, I don't know the passwords so if this computer crashed or I get logged out and someone changes the password, we're all screwed. I would probably spend hours with my friends at Google trying to reset the password and verify who I am. I'd probably have to ask Kevin Durant to call them and tell them who I am too...LOL! (We love Kevin's mom Wanda...muah, "How you doin' Ms. Thang?)
There are other things that Lori could do, but mostly I just want to make sure that if you don't see me posting for a few days, click on the Emergency link on this page, after this weekend, and you'll find out what has happened. There won't be any information on that page...well, maybe a little, but if something happens that is where you can find me again. EHPCPS2 is what it is called. There is a web address above that is temporary to my installing a button to push to take you there...you can also cut and paste this address, then bookmark it for safety so you know where to go. (That's for Ms. RuPaul...she doesn't like having to type in all those silly letters and stuff, but give the bitch a button and she'll push it, sort of like Michelle Visage)
So this is a precautionary blog, just in case. I am inspired by my beautiful friend Michael, you guys know him as Roxxxy Andrews from RuPaul's Drag Race. Hey, we girls have to stick together.
