This is Dr. Robert Duncan's book, "How To Tame A Demon", he is also the author of Project Soul Catcher, a most intriguing and complete look at the torture techniques used by people like Lori LaFond and her friends. HTTAD, is a book about the torture techniques by gang stalkers, mind control criminals and intimidation.
For those of you looking to brush up on what this kind of "cause or intimidation stalking" is like, I suggest you put on your reading glasses and look at what Dr. Duncan outlines very specifically on his website and in his book. Dr. Duncan is a pioneer in the medical profession that is taking a long look, like Dr. John Hall, M.D. at what psychologists have been poo-pooing for years as a mental health issue.

For years the scientific and mental health community thought that the only way to prove something like this was through research, but I challenged them a few years back at a symposium with the "Strange Case of the Palm Springs, T.I.'s". At a symposium at Sonoma State, I represented the Palm Springs gay community and explained to Dr. Duncan and Dr. John Hall that this wasn't the only way to prove this crime was real. At the podium, I explained that there is a "commonality of experience" among the T.I.'s in our area and that were were 99% gay men who were infected intentionally with the HIV virus, by a woman.
Think about it...gay men all infected by a woman? Then I told the audience about the "Lisa" effect. The one female that you hear is "Lisa"...if all the victims were hearing from "Lisa" and they don't know each other, how could this not be a real phenomenon? Group hallucinations don't happen and most of the victims don't know each other. How can they all be hearing the "voice of Lisa" if they don't even know each other. Then I suggested billboards be put up in every community that has a cell of these kinds of terrorist acts.
The audience was thrilled. This would conclusively show the medical profession that there was more going on here than meets the scientific eye. I became friends with Dr. John Hall who calls me "his right hand man in California" a title I wear proudly. It is a testament to my even approach to this crime without craziness. He and I are friends and I've even been fortunate to appear for him on a national radio program. He's an amazing guy and super friendly.
