There is a shortage of intelligence going on in this investigation. Nobody understands what it is like to have a billionaire playing Heisenberg trying to have you snuffed out. The effects of adding a billionaire to Lori LaFond's terror organization did nothing for the victims of this crime. Instead it allowed an egomaniac to come in and force his will upon the innocent victims of intentional infection and implantation.
Using his three friends, Missy Pissy, Bessie Smith and David, Jeffrey began an eleven year stint of imposing his will on the poor men that have been illegally jailed and sentenced because of the clandestine relationship between Lori LaFond and the Palm Springs Police Department. Jeffrey is an ardent supporter of the PSPD and has embarked on the task of covering up the crimes against the brave men that tried to stop this crime. Using his son, a seemingly intelligent Eagle Scout, he managed to trick all of us into believing that he was going to help us. The attraction of stealing intellectual property from some of the most intelligent gay men in our area proved to be too strong for Jeffrey, he gave in and began helping the criminals. Not only did he hire three of the worst operators of this system, he managed to cover up crimes against police informants for eleven long years. The entire time, he sat in his son's home gloating over how much he could intentionally hurt me and Jonathan Mendenhall.
His tactics were totalitarian. His hate for the gay community grew bigger and bigger as he listened to Missy Pissy and Bessie Smith tell him not to help any of us. Knowing that Lori LaFond had already taken as much from most of us as we could possibly bear, he wanted to take it all. The man and his wife embarked on a domestic terrorist plan to use all of the infected victims of this crime to secure this project all for himself.
His other tactics included the intentional jailing of Christopher Monti and Anthony Dabiere when he fully was informed that the arrests were based on the assistance that his three employees gave to Lori LaFond. David, Missy and Bessie came here with one goal, to stop the police informants from doing their jobs. The trio spent endless hours brainwashing this jerk into believing that I had something to do with his own son's problems. I will remind all of you that his son, came to me. I will also remind you that the plan to use this BCI (brain computer interface) was limited to several things. It could not be used to stalk me, it could not be used to have me prosecuted and it definitely could not be used to hurt my family. The theft of my finances by his three employees shows that it was misused and that it was intentional. This kind of intentional interference with a police informant is strictly forbidden.
Now that Christopher has moved away, fallen in love and removed himself from this equation, Jonathan, Anthony and I are left to fend for ourselves in a world where a billionaire has all the control. He admittedly says, "I never helped Kevin, Anthony or Jonathan" when he was fully informed that we worked for the People of the State of California and law enforcement. This is an agreement signed in the presence of Officer Bryan Anderson, ret. before he left the PSPD.
Using his son and his son's best friend as a shield, Jeffrey and Marilyn continued to hurt the three of us over and over again under the auspices that he was "going to help us." This is a complete and total abuse of authority and money. Looking into his financial contributions to the PSPD over the years you can clearly see that his relationship with the police is strictly financial. The three of us represent a problem that he needs to eliminate so he's tried everything he can think of to put us on drugs and ruin our credibility. None of us are even interested in that kind of life. He's forcing himself upon us daily and reinforcing that his three employees are the ONLY PEOPLE that he ever intended to help.
One thing that I will never forget is the trip to Sedona, Arizona where he sent two of his three employees to put drugs in my car, on vacation, so that they could call the police to have us arrested. These drugs were taken across state lines as he followed a police informant and his two employees on vacation. Never was it more clear to all of us that Jeffrey was on the side of the meth dealer in this case. Over and over again he's lied to everyone about his involvement. All anyone needs to do is arrest Lori LaFond for stalking and she will tell everyone what Jeffrey's role was in this continued intentional infliction of emotional and physical distress. There is no excuse for the pain and suffering he's caused.
The plan to try to "legally steal" my savings account from my mother and me by using my own sister was one he's tried before with his own family members. His need to create crime where there was none shows that his intentions were to simply hurt the informants that have worked so hard for freedom. He doesn't want us to be free. He wants Anthony, Jonathan and myself to remain enslaved to Lori LaFond and Missy Pissy for life. His own son feigns a victim of this crime, but no victim I know houses terrorists and lets them get away with selling and distributing drugs through a home owned by Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg. The manufacturing of the GHB found in the home of Jeffrey Katzenberg was done in Sedona, Arizona where I convinced Lori LaFond to color her batches of the designer drugs for sale. You can tell that the GHB that was found in Listerene bottles was made by Lori and Brian LaFond becasue that is when I convinced them that colored GHB would sell better.
The real reason was to taint the batch and show a signature of the manufacturer.
Jeffrey continues to support Missy Pissy who paid a visit to my own sister to try to defraud her out of my finances totaling up to $30,000. He sent them into that home so that my sister's friend, Bessie Smith, could talk her into putting my own mother through a battery of mental exams so that she could be found unfit. Unfit? Unfit to be on MY BANK ACCOUNT? That's fucking bullshit. Isn't it MY CALL to say who is fit to be on my bank account? This apparently was a tactic that Jeffrey used against his own sister and mother. When he had the chance to revisit the crime with a different person, he came after me.
I know that there are a lot of you out there that feel sorry for Benjamin and Martin, but I will remind all of you that they fully knew and understood that Missy, Bessie and David were consorts of Lori LaFond LONG before they showed up on his doorstep looking for a handout. Jeffrey's decision to join up with Lori LaFond instead of treating her like the criminal she is was one that took almost no thought. He entered into an agreement with the trio to sabotage our investigation in favor of drug dealing and terrorism. Jeffrey even bought a house for the three in the area so that he could distance himself from the crime. There is no excuse for Martin and Benjamin to have overlooked what they did to Anthony, Jonathan and me. These two laid down and rolled over on us. They put up literally no resistence to Jeffrey's plan to take Anthony, Jonathan and myself down. He spared no expense in trying to hurt the three of us over and over again. I don't know if it is true, but someone told me that Jeffrey also stole money from Jonathan too. How much and for how long I don't know, but I do know that Jeffrey spent time looking into our bank accounts and families' finances.
Benjamin has been used as a front for his fathers demonic and cruel crime. He may appear to be nice, but when it comes down to it, daddy makes all the calls while he sits around a feigns concern for people like Christopher Monti, Jonathan, Anthony and myself. Benjamin had an assigned role in this investigation, he performed absolutely none of it the way that he was told to. In that regard, what he did to the rest of this team was treason. He sabotaged our families and friends just like Lori wanted him to. None of us is better off today than we were 11 years ago. This was all in support of trying to continue a criminal enterprise. If you don't believe me, ask Jeffrey what he has ever done to help any of the three of us? The original members of this investigation.
There is no excuse for what this man has taken 11 years to do. Nothing. His undying loyalty to a drug dealing operation is astounding. His constant need to hurt the people that were entrusted with this investigation is confusing and hurtful. Why would someone with this kind of money do this? I can't fathom it except for the fact that it was pitched to his production company at DreamWorks as a film project and he wants it free and clear of the victims that made it what it is. He has no scruples. He has no moral boundary and everyone thinks that is so funny. Well, it isn't funny. The toll it took on my mother, father, sister and me has been a tremendous amount of damage that he could never fix. He has a reputation for stealing from people that he works with and then teaching them some kind of lesson about it. Well, the lessons in this case come with caskets...it isn't the kind of thing any man, father or person should ever experiment with. His son is a failure. His wife is a failure. He is a failure.
There is no more need to try to help the victims of this crime while Jeffrey Katzenberg is monitoring this situation. He will continue to send Missy Pissy and David every kind of instruction to stop me if I do. The only option is to continue to go around him in every single manner available. He is using this system as a way to obstruct justice and hide evidence of gay bashing and murder. The intentional way he has gone about destroying everything good about what I've worked my entire life for is the kind of thing usually reserved for the tweekers in this case, but he has taken an active role in the destruction of the Bond, Mendenhall and Dabiere families. His continued misuse of this system is a terrorist threat to our lives and our freedom. Nobody needed to steal anything more from us that Lori LaFond already has. He wants blood and death.
He has said, "I can't let Kevin be successful!" Isn't that what Hitler did to the Jews and the gays in WW2? That's the kind of shit that makes me think he's lost his god damn mind.
Here is a man that came from New York to live a California dream with his misfit brother Jeremy that everyone helped. With his wife and his brother he built an empire with the help of other people. Yet when it came time for Christopher to live his dream, Jeffrey and Marilyn smashed it like a glass on the floor. Jeffrey can't handle anyone but him having success. He only supports himself. His own kid isn't even allowed to have money that he isn't aware of. This kind of absolute authority over everyone and deciding who becomes a success and a failure is what he thrives on. He wants you all to believe that his HIV contributions make him some kind of supporter of the LGBTQ community, but his actions are lacking in any type of sincerity. He wants to destroy lives and destroy people especially gay men. His whole life is a sham.
