We live in a new age of information and accessibility. You see it when you order your coffee from Starbucks over your phone, reserve your movie seat before getting to the theater or schedule an appointment with your doctor on your computer. In the Pre-Information age, if you wanted to talk to someone you had to go to a home or use a pay phone, things have changed dramatically for human beings. Information is shared at the speed of light and people can be informed about something happening on the other side of the world in real time (that's as it is happening for you older people, like me).
I have always been fascinated with gadgets and technology and how to use them. I'm a gadget freak. This has afforded me the type of understanding of technology that advances with change. I know how to use a PC and I know what would make life easier...developing those kinds of ideas is what I like to do. Even this blog, though used in several ways, is a technological advance in the crime that we are a part of. As a victim of a level four (iP4) cyberstalker, I use this blog as a way to communicate with law enforcement, the victims, their parents and the perpetrator. Yes, even the perpetrator reads this blog which was the intent from the beginning. I wanted the cyberstalker to know what I know, in front of other people. It is important for my safety and the safety of my team.
As with most things, with the good, comes the bad. For every person that develops an idea there is someone out there that wants to steal it or modify it for criminal use to make money, and, in our case, to terrorize a minority into oblivion.
What most people like about this blog is it's multi-layered objective. It seeks to find people that understand and inform those that don't. It is a law enforcement tool that takes the subject matter and pushes it in front of the criminals so that they know that the victims aren't as ignorant as they use to be.
Most people think of the Information Age as a product of the computer. In most cases I would agree, but technology is truly at the heart of this period. IN the 1950's scientists were already working on deciphering the human EEG into translation. This wasn't related to the computer as much as it was taking something human and turning it in to information that others could use. They've developed artificial smart limbs that move prosthetic arms and legs at the thought of the owner...it's quite common. For example, Stephen Hawking's entire communication of his theories came from his brain, but not out of his mouth. He had a computer that translated thoughts into spoken words. Humorously, Stephen would put a girl's voice on or a monster's voice so that he could sound different when people would ask.
The Information Age is what occurred because science always seeks to find solutions and answer questions. What people do with it afterwards is not the concern of scientists...it is the concern of society. In my experience I have two great examples of what people can do with science.
On the one hand I grew up in the Age of AIDS as a gay man. In 1987, I was somehow infected with the AIDS virus without having had sex or using drugs. It was a mystery, but once you are infected you either go into denial or you learn about the disease. This is the change time, by the way, from Pre-Information Age to the current Information Age we live in. Did you see it? It came for all of us, some balked, some embraced it and some are still confused. This is the way of generations...it is inevitable and constant.
Our understanding of the disease was also enhanced by the Information Age. Data could be compiled, scientific advances could be made and spread, identification of the retrovirus and how to combat it are all products of the Information Age. Even donations to the "find a cure" aspect are astronomical compared to donations to find cures for other diseases. This one hit home and most people wanted to stop it. I am one of the lucky survivors that saw the entire thing unfold. From hopeless disease, to manageable infection, to not being able to transmit or receive new infections and now on the edge of a cure. I benefited greatly from the Information Age, but at the same time, something else was happening.
At the same time computers and information were being shared to find a cure for the most deadly disease of our time, the computer was also being advanced in other ways by people that had other ideas. This too, is the inevitable curse of advancement. It's really quite easy to see and sometimes it isn't.
Just as Stephen Hawking was able to unlock his mind to speak again with EEG translation to spoken word, something else was happening, something far more sinister. If Steven could think a conversation that could be heard, then why couldn't ordinary people without a disability likewise have the same technology so that someone could see what they were thinking. It's like a parlor trick. You put this chip near your temple and I'll guess what you are thinking. It was that simple. That's how the new breed of terrorist, the internet predator fourth stage, was born. iP4's are a completely new type of stalker. A stalker in the Information Age that has complete live streaming of a target's thoughts and what they think when someone is manipulating them.
The new age predator is much more sophisticated than the stalkers of the past. They have the ability now to know more about their victims/targets than ever before. In order to do that, though, the iP4 must make contact with the victim. In order for a human being to be put into a position for their EEG's to be read, like an amputee, there must be an interface between the human being and the computer. In other words, you can't just point this kind of device at a person and know what they are thinking. It has to be touching the human body in close proximity to the brain, after all, that is where EEG's come from.
Here's where the interesting twist comes in with Lori LaFond's morbid fantasies.
Inserting the interface into a person in the location necessary for a good link, the iP4 commits a rape. "The placing of a foreign object into another person against their will" is a rape. That is something that I want everyone to know. The gay men and women of Palm Springs, California, in the public, were not asked to participate, they were drugged and raped. Then Lori's fantasies start to come into play. It's sort of a "while we're there, I might as well live out my sexual fantasy of raping a gay man". The other part of that is infecting them with the AIDS virus so that, and this is a quote from Lori, "You can know exactly what she is going through." Her intent for doing this, another quote, "Now you go out there and infect as many people as you can." It is a serial stalker in the Information Age.
In my case, I was not beaten in 1987 when this happened to me, but in 2007, when Lori had twenty years of practice with this brain computer interfacing, I was beaten nearly to death and had a female's blood inserted into my rectum. Was this intended to be ejaculate or was the purpose to infect me with as many diseases as Lori has so that "I could know what she was going through". My belief is the latter. Lori was tired of me being who I am so, like the shooting in San Diego, she wanted to do me in.
At any rate, what you now have is a combination serial rapist. I say combination because most cyberstalkers don't have contact with their victims. They will stop short. The iP4, has contact with their victims, then continue that contact after the rape as a live stream of thoughts from the victim. Ever want to get inside of a rape victim's head after finding out that the rape gave them HIV? It takes a certain kind of rapist to figure out how to get into the mind of their victim, literally, so that they can see the damage that they have done. Then comes the part where the rapists can then talk to and influence the outcome of the rape victims' existence. It's complete control from the stand point of the rapist as long as they get away with it.
However, there is another advance in the Information Age that Lori and Brian LaFond did not see coming. It was an advancement in the science of AIDS research. First came the development of drugs that would sustain the victims that previously died from the exposure or repeated exposures, which I will get to in a minute. The advancement came with a greater understanding of the retrovirus and how it's DNA keeps a perfect list of infection from person to person. Retroviruses are good for keeping records of who had this virus first and who transmitted it to the person giving the sample.
In short, when the brain computer interface is being inserted into the knocked out victim, Lori was leaving a calling card with her retrovirus, saying, without a doubt, "I am the person that infected you." Lori, being a sadist iP4, usually would like the gay man to know that a woman infected them, but there is a huge problem with it being able to be proven in a lab. You see, DNA is DNA, and as most of you know, it has become the standard, in many cases, to determine rape. Now, in heterosexual society, that kind of knowledge might turn into a "he said/she said" situation, but we are unique. We are gay men, there is no "she said" in our relationships. So if it can be shown that these electronic harassment victims were infected by a woman with HIV, then it stands out like a child molestation victim with an STD. It just doesn't happen. Women don't infect gay men. It just isn't going to happen unless they are sharing a dirty needle, not the case.
Here's the situation from a victim's standpoint. I am not an operator of this system, I am truly a victim without access to my own live feed of thoughts, or anyone else's. What true victims can now do is point to the fact that a female infected them at around the same time that they began either being followed physically by gang stalkers or "hearing voices" in their heads. If a female was able to infect them with HIV without them knowing then it is highly likely that she is also responsible for the Brain Computer Interface that she is using to talk to us over. The HIV rapist female is also the iP4 level rapist that turns a rape victim into a live stream thought channel on the web. I don't know how many rapists want to know what their victims are thinking, but it does give her the advantage of knowing what the victim is doing about it. For example, reporting the rape to the police, Lori sent Kelly Fieux who was horrible. Going to the hospital for two MRI's, Lori calls the hospital and tells them to show the victim and xray. Submitting bloody clothing from the crime scene that sends back real results at first but then they are substituted for a "no result" report that seems to exonerate the rape that the victim has reported. This is iP3 level, but the physical rape, beating and intent to kill are iP4.
The rapist, in the Information Age with BCI's in their victims, have a huge advantage over law enforcement that are fooled into believing that nothing happened even though scientific test results and MRI's show other wise. Science proved the rape, but the iP4 stalker changed the results, skewed them. The victim is then re-raped emotionally by the rapist which she can watch on the live stream of my thoughts on the website for victims of this crime only.
Now there are only two ways that I can think of that a human being can be interfaced with a thought translation computer and wireless phone system: willingly or unwillingly, I would imagine that the willing participants were lied to and told it was mandatory and did not get full information when they gave consent. That's like buying a house without going inside. The police gave uninformed consent for these devices even though they are clearly illegal by the Palm Springs laws, but I've been told that they were "mandatory" according to Lori and whatever cop spoke to the rookie classes. The gay community and our friends did not give consent and were raped. Period.
I know from living with Steven Frey most of the time, that Lori and Brian did not stop with the initial implantation of the BCI and probably his HIV infection. Over the years they would make more visits to Steven's homes where he would be sexually assaulted. So the iP4 uses the live stream of thoughts to stalk their victims and isolate them for more sexual control, re-raping the target over and over again. The iP4 is the most dangerous type of rapist or serial killer in the new information age. They know more than ever about where their infatuation is and can take steps to isolate him and have him drugged for more rape. If you can imagine Richard Ramirez, the Night Stalker, going home to look at a computer to see what his rape victim thought of him, then you have the correct picture. Like I said, I was nearly beaten to death.
The other half of this equation is the police. You see, law enforcement support or being fooled into supporting Lori, is key. The police officers were thinking that it was a police "special program" that nobody talked about run exclusively by Lori LaFond. What they aren't living through is the initial and subsequent sexual assaults, employment destruction, home loss and isolation that comes with the iP3 information utilization. That's simply using information available to destroy a person or group.
There is a quality that I haven't mentioned about the iP3 and iP4 which seems to exist on all cyberstalker levels. While these predators seek to destroy the reputations of their victims online (in Lori's case with phone calls to parents, placing obituaries, re-raping the victim or possible homicides), they are completely consumed by enhancing their own reputations online so that nobody would suspect them. So while they are destroying the victim, they are making themselves look like angels to police and online.
The very nature of mind reading without consent is against the law. Cops need to understand that although they know some of the benefits of this kind of illegal information gathering, they are not experiencing what the victims are. We are subjected to arrests, imprisonment, HIV and other deadly disease exposure, financial ruin and death. What the police may not like about Lori's aggressive style is ten thousand times worse with victims that she hates more than anything: gay men.
What police officers will discover when this case is exposed is that Lori didn't exactly keep her side of the bargain and take them off the system when they punched out of work. Lori's morbid fantasies are about what goes on after dark with these officers. Any tid bit of information about their sex lives, finances, personal affairs are just as notated as our lives are. Family member's names and phone numbers are saved. Their children's names are added. There isn't anything about being an implanted cop that is what Lori said it was...she's a sexual sadist, obviously they didn't know. This kind of information about a police officer can keep her in blackmail information for decades, and has.
There are some leftover parts of the iP4 that are still rooted in pre-information aged thinking. The predators, in our case, seem to still collect trophies from their victims. The usual stuff like clothing, pictures, jewelry or anything the victim thinks is person is good. The iP4 also collects trophies in the information age too. Emails, tweets, personal ad photos, voicemail messages and spoofed phone numbers provide the iP4 with information to get personally involved in the lives of their targets. In Palm Springs, it is estimated to be around 650 gay men. The iP4's in our case are two 50 plus year old siblings, so it is understandable that their evolution is based in both worlds, the physical trophy taking from the past and the new age trophy taking from online accounts and social media. Remember, Lori and Brian create profiles for going on social media pretending to be their victims. Gathering information about the victim's friends, family and relatives is much easier when they think that they are talking to their loved one.
I guess what I want everyone to know is that in the new information age, access to victims of crime is inclusive, just like access to information about the criminals. What I am seeking to do with this blog is level the playing field. I may not know what Lori is thinking, but I do know what she is saying. I know what she is feeling because of the Brain Computer Interface inside of me. That may strike you as odd, but her EEG's transfer to my brain which deciphers them just like a computer. My body gets tense and rigid just like when you are having a confrontation with someone. Only in this case, there is nobody standing in front of you. I've said that it's like waking up in the middle of a police chase every day with Lori, but what it is really like is like having a psycho rapist that has tried to kill you before, panicking because one of her creations is fighting back. That is inevitable too. Human beings will not ever be completely turned into a robot as long as the brain and soul are still in tact. We're not controlled like a Manchurian Candidate, we are not robots that move our arms and legs because we are being harassed. What happens to people like Myron May and Aaron Alexis is a combination of fear of the unknown and being fed up to the point of action. How they handled the situation was controlled by the people watching them. I would also categorize those people as iP4 too. They have to be. Someone implanted these men too before they went on a shooting spree.
What 99% of all electronic harassment victims want to know is who is behind this technology that is constantly harassing me and causing damage to my life? In our case, we know who it is, we just have to find police to stop them.
The last portion of what I'd like to say with this post is that police don't understand that the way Lori knows what they are thinking is because they are on a website that only certain people can see, but that amount of people is growing by leaps and bounds. They are included on a website full of gay male rape victims which I guess is poetic justice. It would seem that the very people that they arrested and thought less of, are categorized on the same website as gay male rape victims. It isn't computer specific, you have to log into what I like to call Rapist Twitter so that you can see the real time live streaming of police officer's thoughts as well as the victims of this crime.
How can police officers do their jobs, if they can be seen on a semi-public website obtainable with a log in and password? How do you conduct private investigations if a drug dealer is able to have people log in to watch them do their jobs? The privacy of the public is risked every single time a cop pulls someone over and checks their id's. All of our personal information is sitting on a computer for a drug dealer to see. That's not protecting our citizens. This website must be taken down permanently so that crimes against all people that are implanted can not be seen. It appears that this kind of hate crime television is popular with the iP3 and iP4 crowd. This is a reality webpage of thinking. The Police Chief's banking information, usernames, passwords, retirement information and everything about him can literally be seen on a webpage by people that are not trying to stop this crime. He can't possibly think that he's immune to this privacy invasion too, can he?
Police officers are just as much of a LIVE SEX show as the victims in the gay community. Lori and Brian record their wives voices and all the things that cops think about. This includes entrapment and arresting people without probable cause. Literally, they are the biggest joke on the dark web.
People have also asked me about the HIV infection. Do I really think that Lori infected these gay men out of a feeling like it was a gay man disease and she was seeking revenge? The other theory is that when a gay male victim of this disease is infected intentionally, they don't know that they've even had an opportunity to be exposed. Often times they get sick months after the initial infection. So did Lori intend to give them this disease to cover her tracks in terms of the electronic harassment? They would expire faster if they were infected, so less people to worry about.
My personal opinion from growing up with her is that she was very sexual and conniving with that earlier in her life than someone else would have been. If she got HIV, she is very likely to have spread the disease to knocked out gay men as a punishment. Now that the disease is manageable you don't see Lori or Brian taking the meds to keep them alive. They've been out for almost 15 years now...perhaps they are too far gone to take the medication or their livers won't tolerate the meds. They probably don't know since they don't get medical treatment. I do know that Lori is furious that some of these victims can't, do you hear me Chief Reyes, CAN NOT transmit this disease after three months of being undetectable. So whatever Lori is telling police, I couldn't give this disease to someone intentionally because it isn't possible. I'm happy to take that element off of the list of things Lori lies about.
I couldn't have transferred this disease to anyone now for 14 years...and before that, I did not have sex with people that didn't know I was positive or have unsafe sex with anyone. It is impossible for me to do that.
Lori has told people not to take the meds and gives all kinds of reasons, but none of them sound. Mostly she doesn't want you to be well if she isn't.
