After the March 2010 trip to Sedona, Arizona, the odds were very high that the name Lori LaFond was going to come up in conversations with law enforcement. Lori, who everyone knows is a liar, had just spent an entire week stalking a rape victim and police informant with his employees on vacation. Lori had shown herself to both Anthony and Jonathan. My team was aware of her presence there. Jeffrey had two of his employees, at the time, in the same home as Lori. So, in the end, I was about to find out that the girl that I went to high school with was following me around still!!!
Lori and her friends, love to be within striking distance of their targets just in case they have to threaten them in person. My friends aren't afraid of her. There is videotape of the conversation between Anthony and Lori's organized crime family in Sedona, Arizona.
Prior to the trip, Barbara, from my Cathedral City team, knew of Lori's future presence in Sedona on our trip and had advised Anthony about what to expect and what to do when she made contact with him. Boy did she! She told Anthony not to let Brian near our car while he was there. Brian has a tendency to put meth in a car and call the police. Lori and Brian already had a key to the car that was stolen prior to the trip. Barbara told him to "expect her vagina to make an appearance" this is something that Lori does when she is excited to meet someone that is a friend of mine. She did show it from what I understand and Anthony was not impressed, he was offended by it.
My team from Joshua Tree was also aware of Lori and Brian's intention to stalk my friends to Arizona, across state lines, which is a federal crime. The only way Lori could have known about our plans was to use this system to spy on us. My mom made the arrangements for us through my family's time share company, there is no chance that I was following her. I didn't know she was there. Not until we left that is.
I have a theory about her restraining order. The people listed on her restraining order are her mother, father and sister, none of which I know. It was a shock for me to find out she even had a sister. If you know Lori, you know that she just loves to brag about herself. If she's on a trip somewhere, she is definitely going to tell her family. Whatever her cockamamie story was to them, it certainly wasn't, "I'm going to Sedona, Arizona to stalk Kevin Bond," but that is why she was there. So when she got back, both Brian and Lori LaFond were afraid of all the loose ends that they had created on this trip from Hell.
There were many, probably even Rae Fernandez, her police buddy from Palm Springs. "I'm out of town working on a case," seems likely for those police officers "in the know". "I'm in Sedona working with Jeffrey Katzenberg and his wife on a movie project," seems the likely choice for her mother, father and sister. The others that knew where she was include my friends that took her there...Margie Miller, Tracy Coe and Robin Arrington. Tracy may have been catching a flight out of Phoenix and I've heard that Lori tagged along...then made up some excuse to ditch them once they delivered her to Sedona and some rental home.
So now we have police officers, friends of mine from high school, Anthony, Jonathan, Barbara, Jeffrey and my entire team from both Cat City and Joshua Tree, all of whom knew that Lori LaFond and her brother were stalking my friends on vacation. I've also been told that she said, "They'll never return to California." That was in reference to Jonathan, Anthony and myself. Apparently the stalking was suppose to end in a killing.
Immediately Lori's problem became her mother, father and sister, through no fault of my own. You see another person took her to Sedona too, her name is Julie and she knows Lori's family. The odds are that after Lori ditched Julie and my friends in Arizona, that Julie would have something to say to Lori's parents. That couldn't really happen, but what Lori couldn't afford is for Julie and my friends to know what the real plan was. Use them for a ride to where we were going to be, ditch them, then have her brother come over with drugs to plan the murder. Julie and my friends would NEVER participate in something so horribly illegal. My feelings were that Lori still probably would have knocked them out if they stayed and implanted them...just a guess. Lori probably stole items from them in any case, I wouldn't be surprised.
So the restraining order was devised knowing that there was a "Lori LaFond" that could be used. Probably a relative, Lori LaFond pretended to work for the City of La Quinta so that she could get an attorney for free and she could use her good reputation to cleanse her own soiled one. The only problem is that the Lori LaFond that worked for the City of La Quinta does not have a mother, father or sister that is named in that order. Only the Lori that was in Sedona does.
These names just had to be included though...if they weren't a part of it, it was quite possible that I might say something to one of them about Lori's presence there and they would have been furious with her. This has a chilling effect on our investigation. It quite possibly could have saved someone's life. The consequences of this illegal order were huge and the implications far spreading. It cost me a lot in damages.
Now, I don't know the other Lori LaFond, but she certainly would have members of her own family that she would protect if there was need for such an order, why would she list the "other Lori LaFond's family" in their proper order, mother, father and sister. None of her other sisters and brothers are mentioned, probably because they know what Lori has done...with this technology.
So the first part of obtaining a restraining order was keeping her family from knowing the truth. The second part was also obvious. From following the police, she knows that a "crime of violence" can result in the violation of probation that I was still on until November of 2010. If Lori could make this restraining order look like something violent, then she thinks that it is a "crime of violence"...it would violate my probation and I would get sentenced by her old friend Commissioner Larry Best, who has imposed an illegal sentence on me before.
You also don't see her brother Brian's name on that restraining order either...interesting since they live together and have for many years. The pair have a deal, they should never be seen in public together and Lori always says horrible things about him to other people. The truth is that the pair are both responsible for targeting and harassing victims.
Oh yeah, and before anyone gets any bright ideas, Lori LaFond, the person that DID file the restraining order IS THE SAME PERSON I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH, she admits that in the paperwork. The woman that worked there probably didn't go to the same high school and is probably younger that this Lori.
In response to the restraining order, I filed a removal to the federal court under the basis of free speech. I've never been given a chance to answer to that petition because I am trained as an informant not to do so. Remember, we are looking into the practices of the lower court with respect to electronic harassment and biased treatment by Commissioner Best and Cribbs. No answer was the proper thing to do. It automatically took the case away from Indio and put it before the federal court, but, once again, the Commissioner broke the law and had the hearing anyway. That is a federal crime. So the order was bogus from the beginning. So was the warrant that he issued for my arrest later. You see this is a cat and mouse game to see how smart I am. Trust me, I'm not afraid of a Commissioner or lawyers. I have way too much experience with them.
The manipulation of the legal system was obvious too. By naming the City of LaQuinta in the petition and illegal order, I, an informant for the police could not legally look for information about the city employee or anything to do with the City of LaQuinta. Doing so would have violated the illegal court order and illegal or not, I don't do that. Now people will say, Kevin, you could have done this or that, but remember, Lori LaFond is on the other end of this system just waiting for that opportunity...I didn't go there.
The second thing Lori did in that petition was name my police contact for this investigation as her former "four year boyfriend" that she has an amicable relationship with. So, is he a "friend of Lori's" that I can't talk to about her OR is he my police contact that I should be getting a hold of? The question is sketchy when you consider that the other suspects in part of this case IS THE POLICE DEPARTMENT! The chilling effect of this illegal order was tremendous when you consider what Lori did afterwards to silence my team members. Does this mean that my team was also barred from talking to Bryan Anderson? I don't know, they have lawyers and they should have consulted with them on this point.
Lori LaFond makes a complete denial of all of the claims that I make about her knowing what this technology is and how it is done. She acts like I am crazy for talking about it, but what it does say about Lori is that she can't have anything to do with this technology without having perjured herself. You see, this is what I was looking for.
Without being able to talk to the people she listed, her own family members began getting arrested. Her two cousins were found to have meth in their cars that neither of them knew about. Both of those cousins are friends of my family. I did warn them not to go around her and her brother, but Lori likes to call them "family" when it is convenient. My opinion is the reason for her causing them problems is much deeper than what meets the eye. These two also know that Lori had contact with them just before my brother in law's shooting and what information they could provide is essential to that investigation.
In the petition, Lori says that she doesn't know another police officer other than Bryan Anderson....that's bunk. Even Bryan knows that isn't true.
Basically, I did everything I could to help my employees in this situation. Lori is suspected of faking Jonathan's death online in December of 2010, then having Christopher arrested, then having Anthony arrested. Basically all of the people that she has opened her big mouth up to, she had arrested or made them look deceased. Ironically, I sent lots of emails to the PSPD telling them that this is what she was going to do. And she did it. Simply because of a restraining order that was imperfect and illegal from the beginning.
The big burning question is, why lie? What does the other Lori LaFond have to hide? Not the one that was gainfully employed, I imagine, by the City of LaQuinta, but the one that I went to high school with that was in Sedona with photographic proof. If the one that followed me needed a restraining order, why not just be herself. For that matter, why didn't she use her real name when she rented that home in Sedona? What name did she give? You see if Lori was on vacation and I followed her, why did she use a fake name? My room was in my name with Anthony and Jonathan on it.
I contend that if the Commissioner read about what Lori LaFond was complaining about, which was the "HateLisa" blog, he could have learned all about what this was about. He could have seen his own name involved in this crime and would have understood for the first time what a "Special Forces defendant" was or what a "Steven Frey" thing was. You see all of this was mentioned in the blog in question. It wasn't about Lori being a lesbian, like Lori says, it was the story about the woman that implanted the police department and the gay community with a military system of mind reading called "Brain Computer Interfacing", just like Stephen Hawking used to talk at lectures with. You all do realize that his voice was a computer translating his thoughts don't you? This technology seems better explained when you use Stephen Hawking instead of a guy with a tin foil hat on his head, right? Members of my team met Stephen and he'll tell you the same thing, it is possible and it is a reality. Misused in the public, mind reading, can wreak havoc on this country and the world.
The idea of using the court to injure me again was expected. I figured that somewhere along the line she had to be telling someone that she "has friends at the courthouse and district attorney's office", and that anything involving her and me would show those glaringly illegal connections. Let's face it folks, I am much better acquainted with courtrooms, judges, magistrates and staff and what they do. I know how this restraining order was ruled on without a hearing that I could be at. I know how this Commissioner issued a warrant off of a blog that was no longer online. You can't imagine how happy I was to see how Lori has been using the court system to effect longer jail terms for gay defendants that are implanted. She even tells police, "I have a BIG problem with this one." Me, for instance, I am public enemy number one to this crime, because I was shot at while being stalked as an employee of the Justice Department. It's use prompted a stalking and surveillance of federal officials, I am the one person that knows how far it has been taken that speaks out publicly about it. I am unafraid.
So why didn't I tell Lori LaFond and the City of LaQuinta's attorney about what I was doing for the police? Simple, that's not my job. My job isn't to inform an attorney about her client's psychological problems or what I am working on. Her attorney should have met with Lori and talked to her mother and father in person. The attorney should have gone to LaQuinta and met the employee to know who she represented. This is common practice among attorneys, meet the client. It's required by law.
Think about it, military technology from the U.S. Department of Navy is being used to spy on employees of the U.S. Justice Department by a public person. A drug dealer? Come on. This has to be exposed.
One person, who I am quite certain, knows that Lori brags about "having friends at the courthouse, especially the judge" is Steven Frey. Another person that I am certain knows about this "connection" is Jonathan Mendenhall. Now, I've worked in Judge's chambers before, I had a secretary that worked with us too...never has a secretary had so much pull with the judge. It seems kind of blind of him to make rulings without knowing the facts...that's his problem to explain. Intentional flagging of cases is biased by definition. Anthony's case being "related" to Steven Frey, who didn't have a criminal case at that time, seems to be abnormal.
Silence and lies have always been the problem that the gay community has faced in Palm Springs with regards to this person and her brother committing this crime. There is absolutely no reason why the City of Palm Springs' City Council should not be demanding the arrest of the woman that is contacting police officers illegally and is targeting the gay community with AIDS and privacy invasion...not to mention the rapes it took to implant so many homosexual men and women. Nobody consented to this outside of the police who apparently did so without informed consent. That's what Lori and Brian do, uninformed consent...they lie about it. They tell police that it is something other than what it is...stolen and illegal.
