There is something that has been on my mind for a while now and for the victims of this crime, it is the "silver bullet" when it comes to stopping the harassment that we all suffer from. The people committing this crime have been giving the victims HIV intentionally, but along with that infection comes something even more serious to the public safety. HIV can't be passed easily without unprotected sex, PReP or dirty needles, the tuberculosis bacteria can be passed through conversations, baggies of drugs or a sneeze. There is a simple solution to our problems with Lori and Brian LaFond. No violence, no killing, no pain...it's called tuberculosis quarantine and it's as easy as having them removed from their home for testing. I know they have it because I tested positive for exposure right after my rape. One thing that Chief Reyes did us no favors with is allowing the perpetrators to get away when the disease was present in the blood found on my clothing. It has to be there...and it wasn't from me.
All one would have to do is see the living conditions of the apartment and homes that Lori and Brian lived in. Pigsty would be an upgrade. Poop everywhere, dirty needles, clothing never washed....filth everywhere. Look at the blood collected from these apartments and see if the person had tb. I know they do because I tested positive for exposure only after the rape. Six months of taking Isoniazid, cleared up the antibodies in my system but that was easy...I didn't test positive for any bacteria. The bowl of refrigerated blood must have a myriad of diseases in it from Lori's deposits. What is growing in her infectious cauldron saved up for her next victim is unknown but refrigeration kills lots of the viruses...so you only test positive to antibodies that your body makes to her dead viruses and bacteria...many victims at the Desert AIDS Project also test positive for antibody exposure but find no virus in their systems. This is probably the reason.

When my co-worker, Cindy Sasse, moved out of her condo in San Diego to pursue a career at the District Court in Riverside, I moved from my tiny apartment with my kitty Molly, into that space. I rented the apartment from the exact same woman that Cindy had been renting from for many many years. I was really happy there, but Lori wasn't happy that I lived there. I could park under ground. That meant that nobody could get into my car and steal things. I also was on an upper floor and shared a balcony with one neighbor. It was safe.
Lori hated that so much that she overheard a conversation about selling the condo between myself and the landlord so Lori posed as an Asian woman that was moving to San Diego that wanted to buy the condo. Lori had no intention of buying it, she just wanted to get into my place to steal things again. I was forced to move out of my own paid for apartment every weekend for a month. Seriously. They had an open house while I was living there. Lori and Brian then proceeded to enter my apartment and steal stuff from the inside. Nobody was going to buy that apartment...it was all a ruse to force me to move. She's done this to my sister recently too. I ended up moving to a place downtown where I was eventually shot. There are photographs and mail for me in Lori's possession while she was living in Palm Springs.
These two have many schemes for forcing a person to move. Most of them have to do with lies. They pretend to be the police or a potential buyer. Many victims are thrown out of their homes in the middle of the night with no place to go. Essentially, homeless by ambush. Then someone comes along and says, "I have a rental storage unit you can put your stuff in." Of course the victim thinks that is a good idea but what happens is that the unit is paid for by Lori and Brian using someone else's credit card. By the time the victim tries to get their stuff out of storage, it is stolen forever.
So there's that...then there is this.
Jobs are taken much in the same manner. Lori begins a campaign of lies to the victim's work and eventually they lose their jobs. This happened at the federal court and many places that I worked. So now, no job, no home.
I have no sympathy for Lori and Brian especially if I can find a way to take their drugs from them, their home from them, their clothing from them and pretty much any dam thing that they've done to other people. They deserve to know what it is like to have no hope at all. This TB quarantine would do all of that. It is legal. It is the law to do it. It should be done immediately.
Feel sorry for Lori? Fuck you! You don't deserve sympathy from the poor people that you stole from or their parents. You have been living off of us for decades. Now you can live off the taxpayers in jail. That's where you belong.

Lori LaFond's name was NEVER mentioned. I put up flyers looking for people that had information about the child porn that Anthony Dabiere had seen there. I said that the woman we were looking for goes by "Jessica", "Sheree", "Victoria" and other names. I can't help it if the parents in La Palme had enough of Lori telling them lies. If they knew it was her. That's not my problem.
I've heard horror stories about what the kids in that complex were around. A poolside photo session where "Sheree" was wearing as little clothing as possible while children were swimming there! I knew Anthony had seen the porn movies there...in apartment 181 if I remember correctly.
If Lori got run out of town before and angry mob of parents came by with pitchforks and torches, she has only herself to blame. The Chief of Police was the person that told me to look for people to talk to him about that child pornography...and so I went to where it was manufactured and stored. Parents had lots of complaints about "Jessica"/"Sheree"/"Victoria"...their kids probably hated her. I should know, I hated her when I was their age. She's a horrible person that you know is violent.
