Unfortunately in the case of rape or date rape, women and men are in a difficult position when it comes to proving that the rape was not consensual sex. Heterosexual to heterosexual, this can, as most of you know, become about blaming the victim which supports the rapist. It's sad. It use to be about what was the victim wearing, what did she drink and everything but the non-consensual sex. I don't want to get into gender, but I can tell you that it is just as difficult for a man to prove that a woman raped him, for different reasons, just as bullshit as "what was she wearing"?
Enter the gay community on rape.
Andrea Constand, is a remarkable person that I easily identify with. What a guilty verdict in the Cosby case means is simple...he didn't care about the sexuality of the victim only the gender. Andrea is not sexually attracted to men, therefore, the possibility that she consented to sex with Cosby is impossible. So if it was possible to prove that a sexual situation happened, then you can easily assume it was against her will and sexuality. That was a deciding factor in the guilty verdict and it looms large for the other victims that have accused Bill Cosby of the same thing but are outside the statute of limitations to bring cases against him. It validates them. It says, we weren't lying. It makes them survivors instead of victims. You see, you can't say, "She wanted it" when she's "never wanted it ever!"
Enter the Palm Springs, California electronic harassment victims...mostly gay men, mostly infected with a female's HIV, all implanted with an RFID chip, many arrested, none of them have ever had sex with a female or have ever met Lori LaFond calling herself by that name. Many have met Lori telling them that her name was "Jessica" or "Lisa" or "Victoria", but that's not her real name. Gay men do not get HIV from a woman just like Andrea Constand does not have sperm inside her from a man. This may be a difficult concept for some heterosexuals, but for us, it's like ewwww...and not something that we ever thought to be possible. We don't put ourselves in sexual situations with the opposite sex, it just isn't what we do.
Equally as difficult for Andrea is the fact that she will now and always be known as the lesbian that got raped by a man, Bill Cosby. Ewwwww. I will now and forever be known as the guy that had a high school female stalker that raped him on more than one occasion. Ewwwww, but necessary for another reason. We have a few females that were also raped by Lori. There is no "she said/she said" if we can prove that Lori rapes and infects men...their claims become more valid. They should be anyway, but with us, this takes out the assumption or reasonable doubt that the female infections and implantations were not consensual.
You see, when a homosexual can prove that they were raped by the opposite sex, it becomes much easier for ALL of his or her victims to achieve some form of justice. It is unfortunate that we don't treat rape like we should. A person forces another person to have sex or is assaulted sexually using a knock out drug and the victim bears the burden of proving it wasn't consensual. Lori told the police that what happened to me was a "night of rough sex". Um, that's fucking bullshit. I don't have rough sex and no rough sex that I've ever heard of leaves your skull in pieces. One female has the same kind of injuries too. You can see that my validity transfers then to her. Gladly I am willing to do this for these females.
To some, Lori has acted like I went on television to talk about my rape and the STD's that I got from it like it was something I was bragging about. Um, I don't know any guy, though I've seen some on the internet, that would go on the television news to say that he was raped if he wasn't. It's not something I'm proud of, it's something that has happened to me, more than once now...and it looks like it is the same girl that did this to me when I was 19 then again when I was 39. Both cases in Palm Springs...both with Lori LaFond living in close proximity to the rape locations. Both times HIV was present...and both times she tried to intentionally infect me with it. It only needs to happen once, but the second time was with MORE VIRUS, MORE BLOOD and MORE VIOLENCE than the first time. Over the years, Lori has learned that more blood and more virus makes a victim sicker faster and they die. I find it odd that she would think that she could tell police anything about this morning of my rape, because in court documents she states that she hasn't known anything about me since high school, but that's not what she's told people at all.
What remains important now are the bloody clothing items and the initial DNA lab report from the Riverside Department of Justice. This report yielded two viable suspects...unfortunately the Chief of Police isn't as honest as he should be. When he realized who really committed the rape, he found a new DNA report and told me that all the blood that was found was mine. Bullshit! The amount of old refrigerated blood that poured out of my ass was enough to infect an army of people...but the broken skull tells the whole story. Besides, rape isn't determined on DNA alone...it's the injuries sustained and the photographs from the rape that stand out like a beacon to the victims. This police department protects Lori from rape...why?
Then there is the police participation in remote neural wireless communication. From what I understand, they ONLY talk to Lori LaFond. Wouldn't that lead you to believe that if gay men are hearing a female voice and they don't even know each other and the police are hearing a female voice...that it is the same female voice? This is the person that hooked them into this system, doesn't it stand to reason that she would be the same person illegally hooking up gay men into it too? Come on Chief Reyes, we aren't dumb and we aren't blind. This has gone on for too long. I deserve to have children and a life too...just because you are too afraid to clean out the cob webs of lies in your department does not mean that the federal government won't do it for you.
