In Milwaukee, 125 people, including some high schoolers, have tested positive for HIV, syphilis or both. What nobody understands is that this is likely the work of a serial killer. With a genetic profile you can have the DNA from the person giving these people HIV and find out the circumstances behind their infections.
The Centers for Disease Control call a cluster "an unusual aggregation of disease...grouped together in time and place." The infection rate of HIV became so large while Lori and Brian were living in Palm Springs, California that they had to build the Desert AIDS Project. It is one of the finest institutions of it's kind. It's founder, Earl Greenberg, was also, likely a victim of Lori and Brian's. He does have a tie to another victim (or many), Ken Frank, a former associate of Lori's who was sent to prison for an unexplained amount of missing money.
This is a very serious situation any time you see children getting an STD. In Palm Springs this also happens without an explanation. Now we know why. There is someone intentionally giving this virus to children and gay males (some women too) that we know is a female that is not taking HIV meds and has been aware of her positive status since at least 1987. His boyfriend saved the needle and I know it was brought to him by someone I met in San Diego.

Kids are seen on video tape with a needle a tube and a needle meant to exchange blood between the child victim and Lori. This is what I was told.
Anthony Dabiere, who was approached by Lori to market these films, saw them, knows the names of the boys in the films and couldn't believe his eyes. He was sickened. I told him to report this crime but some cop intercepted him and lied about what he told them. I still have the email from the Chief of Police. What a dick. There haven't been enough humans born yet. So we are certain that a brother and sister both have HIV and we are certain that they have other highly communicable diseases. She has to be court ordered and monitored during the blood draw and nobody at the PSPD should get those results after what they did with my rape results from their own Riverside Department of Justice Labs.
