I find it extremely hard to believe that this court is still taking advice from a woman that ordered members of the Southern District of California be stalked and followed. I literally bled for the members of this Department of Justice and I'm so unbelievably sad to know that they would turn me away when I needed them the most. It's the saddest thing. I sacrificed so much for these people and was put through so much because the Clerk of Court agreed to have me followed, now the Clerk of Court is listening to her again...
I am working for half the pay of a job when I should have been working here because of the devotion I have for the employees and people that work for this court. I now know who was stalking employees of this court and possibly who pipe bombed the entrance months after I was shot just a few blocks away. The Clerk of Court doesn't want to hear anything about it. Instead, he would rather listen to someone over the phone...someone he can't verify, just like the last Clerk of Court, Sam Hamrick.
One thing is clear, I was shot. I resigned my position and wasn't fired. I was completely able to work there again, but now I'm not able to? Why? In the time since leaving the court I did keep in touch with several people Michael Wheat (he referred me to the U.S. Attorney in Riverside), Kevin Kelly, Mike Lassater, Jeff Ponzio and several others while looking into this case. Mark Adams, Esq. was also notified about what I was working on...the attorney that represented me, Lisa Damiani, knew that Sam Hamrick "had people following me everywhere."
I just feel like the government let me down when I wanted to hand deliver them a terrorist that they could sink their teeth in to, that's all. A real home grown piece of garbage, and her brother. I know who she is and what she is like. I worked my ass off for this.
