Wrongful Imprisonment: Whom Is Christopher Lying For? The Police Or Jeffrey?

One thing that didn't happen to Christopher Monti when he spent a year and a half in jail for a "strong arm robbery" that was reported to the Palm Springs Police Department by a woman named after my dead pet cat was "honesty".  You would think that after a year and a half in jail would make someone very mad and want justice, but that didn't happen.  What did happen is a complete mystery.  I do know one thing.  Whatever did happen, Bessie Smith got a pair of diamond earrings for it!  Really expensive ones...from Jeffrey Katzenberg!  Then there was a party!  A really loud party!

I do know that I was very upset a few weeks before when I got a letter from someone named "Dave" that said that Christopher's mother no longer wanted me to talk to her or her daughter, whom had previously made me promise to look out for Christopher in California.  Which I did.  Then all of a sudden "Dave" a "family friend" writes me this hateful, "move on" letter about "two windows in a car" and my need to look out of the front window instead of the back window....and so forth.  The letter was addressed to a home that nobody knew about, because I lived there by myself.  Mrs. Monti didn't know about it, but had her friend send the letter there.  Dave, Bessie's new fiance, for the record, got engaged to her the day that Christopher went to jail.

You know something else that's really funny?  Both Missy and Dave knew all about the letter that Laurie wrote too...and watched while Laurie called the police and had Christopher arrested.  So did Bessie.  Now all four are living in the same house.  Christopher, Dave, Bessie and Missy....how cute.  All four, like four friends.  I was upset, did a lot of investigation and Christopher is living with the people that did absolutely nothing but cheer at the fact that he was arrested under false circumstances and would be gone for a year and a half.  Wrongful imprisonment.  Jeffrey knew all about it and do you think he did anything about it?  Nope.  He just let it be.  Of course, a year and a half later he was out of jail and Missy just had to do something or he would have talked to me.  So the little sorority girl wanted to throw a party for his mother, Marie.  Isn't that cutesy bootsy!  Shouldn't Missy be the one that Marie is grateful to?  Afterall, she's been such a tremendous help to Christopher over the years.  And what about Bessie and Dave....boy those diamond earing sure do sparkle!

I convinced my team member Barbara that Christopher's life would be in danger if Christopher returned to Palm Springs without being notified so she talked to his mom and him.  Nobody dared speak to me, of course.  So immediately, Jeffrey offered to let Christopher come out here where I am with the promise of talking to Kevin.  That was well over a year ago.  Still no talking to Kevin though because Missy won't allow it. So who the fuck is Christopher lying for?  Jeffrey?  The police department?  Because his honesty is shit!  He owes me at least the courtesy of helping my family understand one fucking thing.  His mother owes me that much too.  I did my job Monti family where is your quid pro quo?  Your kid is still alive because of me.  He is in a position to save lives.  He's still a priest isn't he?  What in the fuck is his problem?  He has an obligation to other police informants, of which I am one, to tell the truth about what the police did to him and me.  That's the very fucking least he could do, but he's done a whole lot less than that hasn't he Marie?

What Christopher is doing is committing a crime.  He has no right to put me in a position like this.  The emotional distress he is causing me and my family by living with and working with Jeffrey and Marilyn is causing an extreme situation that does not work well with the law.  I love him very much but there is an absolute limit to what love and law will allow.  We are past that limit line Marie.  I am not the kind of person that will allow him to hurt my family one tiny bit more.  He has done so much damage now that there are no more resources that I can use to help them understand that his involvement with Jeffrey is legal.  He has been made safe, secure, comfortable and easy for far too long while watching Missy, Jeffrey, Dave and Marilyn summarily destroy every aspect of my life with Laurie and Brian.  This is not the kind of situation that an informant can sit back and watch, boyfriend or not.  It is beyond the scope of informant work and is not legal.  Without action his involvement is criminal.

Missy's presence is causing me concern for his welfare, his mother and family's welfare as well as my own family's welfare and he has done nothing to communicate that it does not exist.  This leads me to believe that it IS A SERIOUS DANGER!!!  There is no way that police officers picking him up off the street and putting him in a home against his will IS NOT INFORMANT MISCONDUCT THAT SHOULD NOT BE PROSECUTED.  THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE GERAGOS LAW FIRM IMMEDIATELY.   For Chief Reyes' information I have developed credible information, not from Christopher, but from the residents of that home, that the police themselves forced Christopher off the street and into their home to "keep and eye on them" against his will or "they would take him to jail".  This is a direct quote from the residents of that home.  I have already interviewed them.  I know what your cops did and I will give that information to Ben Meisalas.  The cops involved are directly involved in another case of informant misconduct.  Do you really want this case and that one to merge, because they can very easily!!!  I will not be held hostage by your poor decisions Chief Reyes.

Christopher has chosen a path that I would not recommend.  His mother has also chosen a path that I would not recommend.  I do not recommend any path that goes near Jeffrey Katzenberg as he has shown an incredible disdain for the police, law enforcement and the truth.  He no longer embodies honesty, integrity, gratitude, good faith or any kind of advocacy for anyone but the criminals in this case.  Silence about this crime is what he seeks from all of my friends to keep his ass out of trouble.  I have serious ailments that have arisen from this crime over forty years and he thinks that I should suffer from them without any kind of justice being serve.  He also thinks that Laurie should be provided with a family of targets for her to kill at will and that my family should serve as those targets on behalf of his family.  I do not agree with him at all.

To all of you people that I have provided an explanation to, you have delivered nothing but heartache.  You have passed on nothing but worse experiences for me and my family than Laurie ever did before because you trusted a mad man.  You trusted him for so long that he destroyed my entire investigation because you refused to get involved.  You just kept on ignoring the problem for years, but I wrote every single day to you.  I told you not to get complacent, but you did.  My best friend is now complacent.  My boyfriend is complacent.  Everyone heaps it on me and I can solve this but you won't even approach me.  I can do so much more than you can even imagine but Jeffrey tells you he's so worried about his family.  If he's so worried, then why won't he listen to his own son?  Why buy cars and diamonds for the girls that hurt us?  What the fuck is he doing for any of us?  He hasn't spent a dime and gets all the say?  No.  I've spent thousands of dollars on everything...what have you done?

This is ridiculous.  You all sit around and expect me to do everything for you...or Jeffrey.  He's not going to help, he's helping to kill more of us. If he has a problem with this statement mention three names  Brian Matz, Shawn Parrish and Leah Fauntleroy.  Do something.
