I know what I saw that night and I know who it was. Laurie's tried to turn it in to something else, but the truth is that I've had reason to fear for Steven Frey's life before and I had a reason to be there. It's bugged me for years and Laurie's even talked about it on Steven's behalf, but I never mentioned it to him and he's never mentioned it to me.
Hear me out on this.
Before I was raped in Steven Frey's home, I went through a long period of time of frustration. You can read about it in my diaries. There was a secret going on. Steven knew it. I knew it. Laurie and Brian were playing mind games with both of us. Laurie and Brian were playing this game of "control Kevin and Steven by pretending that Steven was some kind of police drug dealer and 'Peter' DiMartino (played by Brian) was his handler". The stories were salacious. They were evil. They were very sadistic and sexual in nature. Steven was supposedly being raped by Peter all the time. Plungers were used. Peter would rape Steven all the time...to add to the story, Steven would appear to be happy when I would leave his home at night and I would come over the next day and he would be in tears the next morning, but he wouldn't say a word to me about it. It happened a few times. The story would go on and on and Steven would be very frustrated. I heard the "voice" of Peter all the time. Day and night.
One night while at home, I wasn't hearing Peter's voice and I thought it to be odd, so I decided that it was a good time to check on Steven whom lived only a few blocks away. I drove over quickly and went to check on him. I went by and looked in his front window and his lights were on. He wasn't there. I looked in his kitchen. Not there. I went around back and looked through his bedroom window and he was passed out on his bed and a stranger, whom I'd never seen before was in his bed, naked, sat up immediately and looked through the window. Steven was out cold. There was Brian LaTweeker. Someone had alerted him to my being there. I could see his face, his hairy body...everything! I was not going to confront Steven about it because that was his business, but looking back, he didn't move. This was one of those situations where he was being raped and knocked out....I know it.
At the time, I didn't think much of it...I knew it wasn't Peter DiMartino, whom I know. So I left it alone. Now, I know why I didn't hear from "Peter" that night. The person in his bedroom was the guy from the microphone...the guy whom played "Peter". The same guy that pretends to rape Steven all the time. I could identify him if I saw him again! I know what I saw and I know Steven wouldn't have let him in. I know it. This could be the same guy that entered his home the morning of my rape too.
All the lights in his home were on...Steven didn't move a muscle. He was out and is the lightest sleeper I know. I went to check on him for his safety and he wouldn't have cared. We set up safety cameras on his property and built a wall inside of his home to keep people out. I know he would have wanted me to check on him and he would have done the same for me. We are those kinds of friends. At one point he even asked me to move in there with him. That really made Laurie mad.
We all know that I have text messages that show that someone wanted me to believe that there was a "close relationship" between Steven and Peter don't we? Who was that? Kenneth Charles Frank knows and so did Jonathan Mendenhall. Both know whom was behind that. "Peter is taking me on vacation", "Peter says hi"...these are the remarks made to antagonize me after that relationship was well over. Laurie is constantly trying to hurt my heart. She thinks that relationship feelings last forever and ever...hint, Laurie, they don't. When I got these messages, they proved that someone was actually doing exactly what the voices in my head were telling me. They are the proof that I needed. There was no blog. There was no written account of anything. These were unsolicited accounts....they are the proof of Laurie's involvement.
The other interesting this is that Brian, Laurie's brother, was close enough, in proximity, or as they say in the law, had the opportunity, living in La Palme, to have been able to walk to Steven's home, get into the home, and be inside...just like the rapists in my case. Like apartment #74 where Laurie LaTweeker's fake id's were found with her father's real military id. The opportunity is there...
Steven knows where Laurie was living. He was ordered over there enough times during that period for me to know it was well within walking distance too. He also knows that Jonathan was there too. He knows the apartment that she occupied and he knows what Laurie told him about me over the years. He could have told the police about her in the interview that they had with him, but that information isn't known. What is clear is that if he did give them information about what she said about me, that information is in direct contrast to what she filed in that "workplace violence" restraining order, isn't it Laurie?
Come to think of it, what the real Peter DiMartino, interview came up with also provided the police with information about what Laurie has to say about me and my family. This would also be in direct contrast to what she has to say in that restraining order and you know her big fat mouth never shuts up.
I don't know how the police could ignore that kind of contradiction?
IF the first DNA report shows two suspects, one girl, one boy, both related, then wouldn't Laurie and Brian then become prime suspects in this rape? They are in close proximity. I can identify the male in that house. I don't know him personally and have never seen him before in my life in any capacity. I have no pictures of him. I have never seen any yearbook pictures and have no pictures of him at all. Both suspects live in close enough proximity...certainly DNA geno-typing of the blood and the blood itself could prove one or both donors. My own DNA geno-typing of HIV could show the 1987 infection and rape. Both suspects are relatives. Laurie has contacted both Peter DiMartino and Steven Frey on multiple occasions and talked about me and my family and told them she knows me from high school. This is a prime suspect for this rape...not to mention the RNM that I never consented to and is part of my life that she has access to. This is the proof we need.
Bryan Anderson knows that Laurie has spoken about my life post high school. Officer Rae Fernandez/Dallas knows it too. In fact there are a lot of police officers that have met Laurie's acquaintance that can't explain these chips away without knowing her, but that restraining order is directly saying she doesn't know one of them. How can that be? How many police officers will admit to knowing and having heard from Laurie? Nick Andre? Villegas? Daugherty? You see she's thrown all of you under the bus because you can't explain your actions without saying her, but when I say you know her, she claims complete ignorance. I got a warrant for that. I'm a police informant. That's not fair.
Now I have heard that the police made this program "mandatory" at some point in the past. No police officer can ever point to anyone that ordered that. This is what I think happened. I think that Laurie drugged a police officer that she knew. I think that officer was Bryan Anderson. I think she knocked him out and implanted him, then used his name to pretend that he was in charge of this "illegal program". He had nothing to do with it. Using his mind she then found out how she could wiggle her way into the police department by telling people that she was "married to him" but they had since divorced. "Don't say anything about it though, Bryan has remarried and it's very sensitive...we don't talk about it." You can tell that by Dep. Feibig's report where he mentions Laurie and Brian's four year relationship then he says that they broke up and got remarried. Bryan was never married to Laurie. Another police officer friend once told me that he was told that Bryan was "married to" Laurie too. You see if Dep. Fiebig is part of this "Special Forces Unit" then he would have become a member because he thought that Laurie and Bryan "Anderson" were married and that participation was mandatory....then they divorced (Bryan got married so he couldn't be married to Laurie anymore....).
You see nobody made this program "mandatory", she just used Bryan's "good reputation" as a way to enlist officers without his knowledge...he didn't even give his consent. He was just as used as the rest of the victims are. He had nothing to do with this program...she knocked him out and did this to him. Just like me. Someone from home that she could use. She didn't go to high school with him either. She's a year too young. He graduated the year before she was in high school. She was in the eighth grade when he was a senior. How do I know? His girlfriend is my sister's best friend...I've known them both forever. He never dated Laurie. He didn't even know her. He wouldn't have dated her at all. I'm surprised he ever knew her. If you know Laurie and you know Bryan, you know that there is good and evil...night and day...Bryan and Laurie. These two do not mix. Crime and punishment.

Bryan did not make this program mandatory. How she managed to drug him and get this inside his body without giving him HIV, I do not know. It's a miracle. He is the luckiest man alive. It was either before she got it or she was smart enough not to give it to him. He's the luckiest man in the universe, but he should be more vocal about us. Knowing how easy this is to happen to a person, especially a law enforcement officer that would never take a chance with his own safety, it is imperative to all of us that he tell people that "this CAN happen to anyone"!!!!

It's quite simple, actually, Laurie is a liar. She uses Bryan and Rae and acts like they are some "secret" agency. They involve rookies and make it seem like it is something that they can not talk about. Once they have done something for Laurie it becomes something of a blackmail scheme. "Do this for me or I'll tell on you". Then we have a "dirty little secret" police department. Remember the cop that takes his clothes off and skinny dips with naked ladies? Probably a Laurie situation. Think about it folks. Think of all the cops that have been fired...Chiefs we've gone through....Laurie is nasty. When something goes wrong someone's head has to roll. Warm Sands stings...a head has to roll. It's vintage Laurie. Setting up Bryan Anderson is her favorite thing. If she doesn't like you...she'll find a way to set you up. Rae's gone too.
You have to understand, silence is Laurie's best friend.
