| Playing volleyball in college Today a really sweet friend of mine sent me some pictures that she took while we were in college. She's been a terrific friend of mine since we met at a Depeche Mode concert in Los Angeles. Though I wasn't able to hear for the next few days, we ended up being friends for the next twenty five years. I thought I would post some of these photos as our story progresses through the college years when Laurie did some of her worst damage to me. I don't think my friend has understood what Laurie might have done to our friendship over the years, but Laurie was active even when these pictures were being taken. Thank God some friendships can't be broken. |
