When you are the victim of electronic harassment in Palm Springs, California, you learn the game in pieces. You learn about being harassed by Laurie and her brother, you learn about the gay men involved with Laurie and her brother, you learn about the cops involved with them, you learn about the "others" involved with them, then you learn about "Mitzy" and "Bitzy". Remember them everyone? Mitzy and Bitzy...Laurie's two companions that she refers to and that you hear about, but that you don't really know all that well. You know that their ideas are different than Laurie's because they aren't like what Laurie would think of, they are more diabolical, more hurtful and much more deviant. They actually are more human with more "relationship experience". In my case, they just seemed to know how to go about hurting me more. How to keep me from getting any kind of help. How to keep me from being successful. Now that I know who they are, it makes so much more sense.
I'm going to do this differently than usual. Rather than go after both of them with my usual flare, I'm going to explain this very simply. The pair use men to protect themselves. They don't see the world the way that their gay male counterparts do. My friends, both male and female, team up. We believe in the "safety in numbers" concept to take on Laurie. It's a concept that has kept most of us protected as long as we can stay together. Unlike I am forced to live now without anyone around me. What I am finding out now is that both Missy and Bessie are the main reasons why I am being forced to live this way, without anyone around me and without any contact from the people that once surrounded me. You see, Missy and Bessie use me to keep themselves safe. If they want Laurie to let them alone, they throw me under the steam roller that is Laurie and her brother no matter what the circumstances will bear. Along with that goes the safety of my family, mother, father, sister, nieces, their husbands and their children. You see if these two girls will feed Laurie the bodies that she craves from my family, then Laurie won't go after them. Rather than join my team, the two of them tore it apart and obstructed us from doing any further good. This is something that allegedly they have been doing for years.
It is a "don't stop Laurie", "give her what she wants" approach. All too often, what Laurie wants is me. Or Jonathan. Or Steven Frey. That isn't legal. As a police informant, I also watched while they convinced Jeffrey to let her throw my own boyfriend in jail without saying a word about it. Feeding Laurie my boyfriend without saying a word about it. Prolonging our police investigation and prolonging their safety. You see these girls had an agenda. Keep themselves in money and protection and keep us in danger. This would keep them from being found out for their conspiring with Laurie and keep me from ever finding success and happiness. Isn't that just the way some girls are? Nasty aren't they. One of these two girls is a very close friend of my sister. She's really not someone I'd want my sister around now.
What I don't understand is how they managed to convince Jeffrey to "help them" instead of "stop Laurie"? Two totally different concepts...you'd have to ask him. Apparently the deal was "help us" and "don't help Kevin's family" at all. Which translates to "let Laurie kill them"...and that isn't something that I like. I don't know of anyone that would prefer "helping" two women with twenty years of trying to protect themselves by using gay men over the death of an entire family, do you? Whose problems are that big? I guess whatever the size of Missy and Bessie's problems, that they can only be solved by diminishing what my family has been put through and by stealing my thirty years of fighting this crime alone. That must make them better some how? I don't see the connection.
How could side railing a police investigation and prolonging the suffering of hundreds of men make them better people?
