Can you imagine what it must be like when you've lied under oath and the people that you used to create the lie find out about it? I've always told my friends and I will tell all of you: NEVER LIE UNDER OATH AND NEVER LIE TO A POLICE OFFICER! Once you get caught in your lie the very next thought is, "What else have you lied to me about and why?"
One thing that I want to tell all of you is that my team does everything by the letter of the law because the standard in court is guilt "beyond a reasonable doubt" which is a really high standard. That's the court standard and it makes my team work harder than ever to keep that high standard. One thing that you don't know is that my standard for myself, not court, is not the same. You see, in court, it is all about what you can prove in the courtroom. Since I hear Laurie day and night, I might not be able to convince a jury, but I know for myself. I knew the second that I read that restraining order that it was a lie. I know what I did and said that constituted some kind of wacky claim of "workplace violence" at a job I had no idea that someone worked at. Can't be done, but Laurie forced it to happen.
I've always said that Laurie does not work. She is on the computer all day and night using drugs and screaming at someone. Clearly the Laurie I am talking about could not be working anywhere, especially at the City of La Quinta. You know what? I think someone with the same name works there and the Laurie I am talking about used her name and job. The reason is simple. The day that restraining order was issued, the Laurie that filed that restraining order ended up six hours away in Sedona, Arizona with some of my friends that I saw the night before. There is no way that Laurie could be in Sedona, Arizona and working at the City of La Quints the same day. Impossible. Whoever the woman is at the City of La Quinta, needs to call M. Katherine Jensen and tell her that someone used her name...the person who filed it even put her father and mother's name on it. It's clear that it represents one woman, but uses the job of another.
The La Quinta employee was unknown to me until the restraining order came to my parent's home. It was addressed to my sister's home and my mom's home which shows that she knows where they live. I doubt that the person sitting at the desk in La Quinta has any idea who I am and where I am living. Just like I don't know her. I'll bet that we both know the person I was talking about though...and she was in Sedona, Arizona the day it was issued while I was on vacation with my friends. The odds of that happening, a million to one.
Here's the thing. That restraining order was the result of my asking online if anyone had seen this woman since high school...somehow that turned into workplace violence. I am, indeed, a police informant and asking questions is what I do. I've already had one person tell me that this woman was the woman whom conducts this electronic harassment...I needed to eliminate her if it wasn't true. Instead this woman acted just like the woman I've been looking for related to this crime. Nothing that she's done since has changed my mind. Whomever the City of La Quinta employee is, I am sorry, but I couldn't contact you to find out without this other woman finding out and having me arrested. So I followed the court order.
I left a legit message for the City of Twentynine Palms police as a lead volunteer for the Police Complaint Center (I didn't mention that I was a police informant for the PSPD, but I was that too)...when I read what Laurie translated it to, I knew it was a lie. That's how I know it's her. I may not be able to prove it in court without my friends, but I KNOW IT WAS A LIE...AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS TO ME.
That order cause a HUGE chilling effect on this investigation and took a tremendous personal toll on me, my boyfriend whom ended up going to jail because of the stall and the inability for him to investigate in La Quinta, my family and my police contact. This was ridiculous that the attorney for the employee didn't talk to my police contact...I think she even knows whom he is. She accused me of "sniffing glue" which I thought was totally unprofessional...but I'm not use to snotty attorneys talking to me that way...I clerked inside a courtroom and I told lawyers what to do. Perhaps that is bold of me, but no attorney that says that to me is ever going to get any information from me.
My friends Anthony and Jonathan were forced to see Laurie in Sedona while we were on vacation. This is something else that Laurie is fond of. She likes to contact my friends behind my back and talk to them. Both of these men can identify her and will tell you what she told them.
