One thing that most people don't understand is that there are some accessories that come along with remote neural monitoring besides a computer, a microphone and a monitor. Reading and deciphering EEG's on a computer screen is one thing, but having your own thoughts and emotions as an operator can also be fed into the computer as well. I can literally feel Laurie's anger. I can see words that she is thinking without her saying the word into the microphone. It's like "holding a word" in your mind until you say it out loud. This is because electrical brain signals tend to be similar between human beings. Once a person has been monitoring you for a while their brainwaves tend to become more similar to yours and yours to theirs. This DOES NOT mean that you THINK LIKE THEM, it just provided both ends with the electrical signatures that mimic their thoughts.
I don't know but have any of you cops told Laurie not to talk to you while you were working only to have that feeling that someone is waiting to say something but they are holding back? Have you ever seen the word she wants you to say in your mind like she wants you to say it out loud.
Laurie wears her skull cap that she calls, her thinking cap. It looks like what a swimmer wears with wires that attach to the cap in places where the brain deciphers certain EEGs that cause a person to think...the connection points on the cap would be better for her if she shaved her head because skin contact with the cap is the best circuit. I've heard that it can cause hair loss, but Laurie believes that wearing it while communicating with me allows her brain to "think more like I do"...it isn't the case.
Sometimes the EEG's coming from Laurie transmit her anger or rage...which makes my brain with my own thoughts race. I can only imagine that when one of these police officers is about to arrest someone that Laurie has been stalking for a long time, like me, that her EEG's are counter productive to the officers. When a police officer is arresting someone there are procedures like reading Miranda Rights and taking the statement of the suspect at the time of arrest. They are also suppose to tell you what you are being arrested for. I've noticed with my arrests that the cops are spending more time repeating what Laurie is saying than doing the job by the book. My team can check this for me, but I don't think that I was ever Mirandized or had them tell me what I was arrested for (except on the last arrest where the cops said "drugs", then they said a warrant...there was no warrant issued"). In fact, most of the time, the arrests were so surreal that even the odd seemed normal after a while.
At any rate, this thinking cap is just another way that the operators affect a targets natural biorhythms...it feels artificial. This is also why they call remote neural monitoring is called "artificial telepathy"....I can read Laurie's or Christian's emotions or thought not because I am clairvoyant, but because I am hooked to them...like brain linking through a computer. (Some people called this EBL or electronic brain linking or RNM, remote neural monitoring...or simply reading my mind) It's really not as far fetched as you think when you consider your cell phone and what they do now...just imagine that inside of your head. The transfer information comes through, I can see it and feel it, but unless I am paying attention to it, I don't react to it.
To fight against this, I use a technique of changing my EEG by visualization. I like to close my eyes and imagine building a house of cards or dominoes falling or even an infinity pattern tracing inside of my eyeballs with my eyes closed. This really helps. Music helps. Television helps, but sometimes too many things can overwhelm me. Like babies crying, mom asking me a question, me watching a ball game and Laurie calling me a son-of-a-bitch all at the same time can overwhelm me...it's more than what you think too...like a ball of confusion.
