In case you haven't been reading for the last few days, you have missed some of what I am sure is one of the most comprehensive looks at the mind and practices of a sociopath. It is the world of the Blue Widow, a world of fantasy, masochism and hate. In a world full of terrorism, sometimes the easiest to miss is the one right in front of you or, in the case of the police, the one talking to you in your head.
I think it is odd that when Angela Monroe put together her story for the victims in the valley that are hearing voices with Robert Stansfield, Randy Ringger and myself, that nobody from the police department stepped forward to say, "We know whom this is and we know that despite what the doctor says in this story, we know it is not only possible, it is real!" The police were more than willing to see three victims of this crime on television sticking their brave necks out without coming forward and recognizing that there is a huge problem with the technology that they have already tested out. The police have heard, for years, about two men and one woman, that commit this crime and are quite aware of how this equipment got inside of their own personnel. This goes to show you, again, how gay men in our area are not treated like other citizens. If this were happening to all women that were being raped and infected, the police would be all over it. Instead, three crazies on television, are left to their own devices explaining to the public what they already know to be possible.
It's a sad commentary, but I will always credit Randy Ringger, for getting that ball rolling for me to get the story on the news. He was a hell of a guy and passed away this past year. I think he would agree, it was worth the time and effort to make that story work. It's now been seen all over the world millions of times...and that means Randy's voice will always be heard saying, "...if it's not personal, what the hell is it?" For Randy's sake, I hope the police have an answer. I do know that he talked personally with my police contact, Bryan Anderson, whom did confirm that he knew what this was and was working on it. That's a positive sign.
So this week we have taken a closer look at the "signatures" of the Blue and Green widow as this crime progresses. I have spent the better part of twenty years writing about them in my personal diaries and observations which began in 1987 through today. I keep telling all of you that I would be remiss if I did not tell all of you what I know. The main reason is because the crime seems to center around my friends, almost all of whom, in this area, have been intentionally infected with the Blue Widow Virus.
So this week we have taken a closer look at the "signatures" of the Blue and Green widow as this crime progresses. I have spent the better part of twenty years writing about them in my personal diaries and observations which began in 1987 through today. I keep telling all of you that I would be remiss if I did not tell all of you what I know. The main reason is because the crime seems to center around my friends, almost all of whom, in this area, have been intentionally infected with the Blue Widow Virus.
When you start to realize that the crime of intentional infection corresponds with YOUR friends from a particular area, you begin to see where that crime originates. My friends in San Diego, as far as I know, were not being intentionally infected or implanted with these devices. The were being followed probably by the multitude of "gang stalkers" because the Blue Widow, in Palm Springs, I've been told, wants to know my every movement. Every last detail. She's been obsessed with me for decades, something that started long long ago. Why? I have my theories, but mostly it is a mystery why a sociopath clings to one person. The other reason that my friends there were not being infected is because the Blue Widow resides in Palm Springs, not in San Diego.
You see electronic harassment has been linked to rapes before. If you have read Dr. John Hall's, "Satellite Terrorism: A New Breed", then you know that his girlfriend was being sexually assaulted when the operators knew he wasn't around. Palm Springs has a new twist on this old theme from the San Antonio area of Texas.
In our case, the crime is committed against primarily gay men. The men are implanted after being lured and drugged to a place or after a tranquilize is put in their food or drink. In addition to the implantation, there is a sexual assault factor. Nothing new here in terms of what Dr. Hall was talking about until you realize that the gay men are then "intentionally infected" with the HIV virus. You see, in Texas, this is going too far, because they know that a woman infected by the AIDS virus stands out, but a gay man in Palm Springs, for some reason, does not. We have a tremendously high average of infections here, much higher than the national average, but we also have the best treatment facility in the world at the Desert AIDS Project. The unique signature that proves the crime here, and it does this very well, is that these gay men are being infected by a WOMAN. Most of them have never had sex with a woman and haven't used drugs with one. For them to become infected by a woman is UNEXPLAINED, until you realize that they are electronically harassed and tracked...then we have an idea whom this woman is. She claims proprietary ownership of Remote Neural Monitoring to the police department...and did from the beginning.
So the biggest signature of the Blue Widow is Gay man, HIV infected by a woman, other STD signatures unique to the infections at the rape...and the subsequent actions taken by the police against this person after implantation.
I've been asked by experts and been heralded by the pros for my model of proving this crime without the science, but now I can use both. The sheer number of men in our area complaining of a female following them around and telling them she "works for the police", having them arrested, mocking them combined with their HIV status as a gay man infected by a woman whose DNA we have isolated and matched to a brother...makes this crime provable beyond a reasonable doubt. We also have a corresponding log to the dates of infections, serial numbers for the chips and endless logs of the interpersonal relationships of the victims to their families and friends.
The signatures are long and pretty specific. This would indicate a long and tested system of trial and error as to how to keep this a secret in our area. The only problem is that with this many victims, the word got out. Arrest after arrest, complaint after complaint, robbery after robbery, infection after infection...homophobic woman screaming at the victims of this crime...an urban legend was born. In most cases urban legends don't really pan out, but in our case, there is a disease linked to a woman that many of us have never met or that we've never had any kind of infectious contact with. If Bigfoot was leaving behind his blood everywhere and bashing the skulls in of his victims, his urban legend would be far more believable. The thing that strikes me most is that in our case, Bigfoot did this to cops, so why aren't they more sensitive? Why are they joking when we are sitting in the back of police cars. I would have liked to believe that this was just a case of the Blue Widow leading them astray, but when cops cover up rapes with DNA, then you have a different agenda. That makes me upset.
This is a crime against gay people and their friends and families and it will be solved by those same people. Good people coming together to solve a hate crime is the way it is done. It takes someone to stick out his neck, come forward and say, "This isn't right. We might be gay, but we aren't being treated fairly. If a cop's wife all of a sudden became HIV positive by a woman, there would be a full investigation. Why not here and now with us?" This information could have been available many times in the past. I've heard of several men that have complained about being knocked out and "made positive" in this area. My friend Andy lived just down the street from the police station...nobody did anything. He complained after becoming positive after having only safe sex for years...all of a sudden he's knocked out and HIV positive, no explanation, no investigation.

She wants to find a "Top" that is negative to "make positive" so that he can go out and infect other men with the virus that he doesn't know he has. I guess she must feel that someone did this to her, and nobody told her, so it is her chance to pay gay men back? That's ridiculous. HIV doesn't mean you are promiscuous. I got it before I ever had one sexual encounter. So there goes that theory. What our community is being paid back for, apparently, is for an excuse...the Blue Widow wants a reason to have been infected and since none of us will have anal sex with her, she does this to us as punishment. Add that to her masochistic ways and you have a serial rapist. I say a killer because so many men have died an eventual death either because of the microwaves and brain tumors or because of AIDS related complexes.
