Taking advantage of the Blue Widow's signature is something that I haven't really done enough with in the past, but needs some looking in to. With this many electronic harassment victims, there have to be signatures with their implantation, the recording of their movements and dates, their infection with a signature STD list that is completely unique, before, during and after behavior, photographs and videos meant for selling as pornographic rape scenes (like a snuff film)...and remember, I have an insider or two that have first hand knowledge of the crimes she's committed for decades. We don't just know her signature, we can convince a police department and jury when it is time. Allegedly.
Here's something that you all don't know. In an email from Bryan Reyes titled, "Your Disrespectful Email To Me", Captain Reyes was scolding me for mentioning that someone like Steven Frey could get away with rape simply because he was tied to this technology and tied to the police. I think I said "money" but what I was getting at with the dear Captain was that I was on to the signature of the Blue Widow. A legendary creature that is an urban legend in the gay community of Palm Springs and all over the State of California. I knew she raped gay men. I knew she implanted them and stalked them. I knew she infected them with HIV and I knew she had a tie to the police department that let her get away with it all the time. The getting away with it is part of her signature. She may not be mentioned by name as a suspect, but when her DNA is part of the investigation, the police turn into bumbling idiots. Fortunately for them, I'm still intelligent.
I knew the police were going to screw me over when it took them 8 months to send in my bloody clothing when their stated standard for reporting it to a district attorney was "only if there is DNA on your clothes will we give the case to a district attorney" which is total shit. Many rapists wear condoms and many use devices to sodomize their victims. The standard should be the injuries sustained and viable facts such as infection of diseases and the lack of anyone inside the residence besides the victim. No forced entry means someone has a key. The signature of the Blue Widow doesn't stop with the police coverup, it continues until the complainant is arrested and jailed as a warning never to go against her again. The arrest is the Blue Widow's punishment for reporting the rape; "never report mama or you'll see how powerful she is." Often times the victim has no idea that this is what she has done and the arrest is suspicious and the same goes with the court. The signature of the Blue Widow is that "I can rape and infect you and I'll always get away with it." The Blue Widow is brash and careless since, in the long run, the police aren't going to believe the gay victim.
I knew my rape case was being fucked with from the very beginning when the police didn't show up at the E.R. When Kelley Fieux told me that he called the E.R. and said I'd reported being in a car accident without even owning a car. When the assigned detective told me DNA was the ONLY WAY this case would be brought to a D.A. When Capt. Reyes showed me a report about DNA on my jeans that was long and made the statement in front of Anthony Dabiere, "Kevin you've been right on the money" and "we're gonna get these guys" that turned into "the only DNA on the jeans is yours and there is nothing more we can do for you. You can say what you want about our department." Sounds like someone with some guilt doesn't it? He's an asshole. However, I knew this was going to happen. The Blue Widow never gets questioned or busted...she gets away with everything. Especially stupidity within the police department. You see, I was already an informant when this all took place. Wearing a wire for every conversation. They just didn't realize that I was investigating them for their practices with the Blue Widow and discrimination against gay male rape victims. They can thank Bryan Anderson for that one. So from October 2007 until March 2010 the police fucked with me...and I kept all kinds of records of their threats, intimidation, baseless arrests after I reported the crime and their behavior. They were bad little boys and girls.
My team needed this to be the way it was. Unfortunately, the cops could have just arrested her and put her in jail, instead, they fucked with the evidence and a gay male victim of rape with his head bashed in from his experience.
I'll let Christopher tell all of you what it is like from the "boyfriend" side of the coin. He spent a year and a half in jail, constantly harassed by the Blue Widow and told lots of things about what she is like. Jail is another consequence of the Blue Widow's rage.
99.5% of her victims are gay men, which means that the rape, infection and implantation is a hate crime. So clearly this is a woman that hates gay men. We know whom she was infected by using "forensic epidemiology" and studying the DNA chain strand of her HIV virus...the strand previous to hers is known to us, but not to her. I'm not going to give that away just yet. We do know that she didn't get HIV from her brother as his strand start with her infecting him. Her DNA being very close at the alleles shows that the man she infected back and forth was her brother. The DNA suggests and proves that this is a brother and sister that share many markers.
I've told you before and will tell you again, one of the most unique parts of this crime is that most of the men that are implanted with RFID chips are gay and have never had sex with a woman. To be infected by a female's virus is intentional unless they were using needles with her. My experience is that most of these victims have heard from her using V2K and the rest have met her when she offers them sex at the door. We know from testing that the Black Widow lived in the LaPalme complex in an apartment that bore the name "FRY" and that her brother lived in 181 under the name "B. Johnson". We know this from evidence collected at both scenes. You see when her DNA is inside of the victim and inside of those apartments you can say...the widow lived here. One of those places, Capt. Reyes told me to stay away from, in a court hearing, threatening to have me arrested by the woman that allegedly lived there...bad choice from the detective in charge of my rape case. Do you see what an asshole he is now? Not only did he lie for the Blue Widow, he also threatened to have me arrested on the record after sitting in court for a long time when he could have just told me. That's an asshole move, even bigger when you consider he's supposed to be on MY SIDE.
So you see the police side of the Blue Widow signature...what about her family. Well, if you are a victim of this crime you know that the female voice constantly cries and moans about her awful parents. Let me correct that. She hates her mom and thinks her dad is a patsy. She often tells her family stories about the treasures, also known as trophies, from her victims: iPods, jewelry, clothing or just about anything that makes her look rich. Those are trophies and telling her family about them makes her look a lot less lesbian; why is that? She calls these things "gifts" from her boyfriend whom always seem to have the same names as my friends. Isn't that weird? Justifying her sexuality as heterosexual seems to be a priority to the Blue Widow. These men aren't straight, they aren't boyfriends and they are her victims, not suitors. She hates, then she kills with her venomous HIV virus.

This was, allegedly, the hay day of the Blue Widow. The members of my team, some of them, were infected by the Blue Widow around or during this time frame. We want to show that the early stage of the HIV virus that I got when I was 19, has been mutated to the point of extra long strands over the years that have infected my friends. That means one woman following all my friends and infecting them since 1987 when I tested positive before having any sexual activity and never using a needle ever. They are also victims of the Blue Widow's electronic harassment. These victims, with the exception of Christopher Monti, were all raped in Palm Springs, but remember, there is a tie to San Diego with her brother and that is where Christopher was attacked thanks in great part to another asshole named David Beach. Important to note here is that I'd already made contact with Christopher and the Blue Widow knew that she had to get to him before he met me. A map of the home that they were staying in, "David Beach's home", was allegedly found and filmed in a room where Brian stayed at Jonathan's condo, in the closet on a plexiglass sheet.
I filmed this plexiglass on the suggestion of Bryan Anderson whom I'd seen earlier in the day. Incidentally the camera I shot it with was hidden by Daniel Chackry, the same man that beat Chuck Cheeld in Warm Sands, in one of the cabinets in the condo. I found it before he could boost it outside. Later, that same USB camera, would be stolen from my apartment in Cathedral City while Christopher Monti stayed there.
The video shows damage to Jonathan's walls and door as well as the plexiglass. The wall was smashed and this is another signature of the Blue and Green Widow. They like to destroy the interiors of homes and sometimes, after living there, they write in blood or feces on the wall. The victims of these crimes are often frightened by the writings that have "hate crime" signatures. "Faggot", "Die Fags"...and that kind of thing show you that the crime is sexually motivated...and that is a HATE CRIME!
The Blue Widow mocks her victims to her family. She thinks that death or rape is funny. For example when I did the rape interview with Nathan Baca, she probably called her family and my friends and told them something like, "isn't that funny", when in fact it is not. That's the kind of time when she is looking for positive support for her actions; usually finding none. Oh yeah, the police comments made on that segment are also courtesy of the Blue Widow whom may have put the police in the worst position of all with what they said about me. "Mental issues" and "no rape investigation" really shits on the PSPD, not on me.
The Blue Widow is very prolific over the years with her infections and implantation but one thing that almost all of the victims are mentioning is that there was no sign of break in and they have no memory of falling asleep. This means that the Blue and Green Widow are getting into homes that are either not locked or they have a huge set of keys. If I were my team, I would be looking for a huge set of keys with a numbering system that corresponds to a listing of homes that have been broken in to over the years. The names of the victims may also be associated with this list. No forced entry means: KEYS. Many of the victims report losing their keys too...just prior to the robbery. The Blue Widow likes to tell her parents that she's some kind of "property manager" or "caretaker" but she just has this many keys because they allow her access to homes of the victims. Right now she thinks she has keys to the home I live in. I've subsequently changed the locks.
Ass bleeding is another signature of the crime. Most of the victims might not know it, but the bleeding might not always indicate bleeding from the victim. What we have allegedly found is an inordinate amount of female blood from the Blue Widow, up the butts of the gay male victims as some kind of female ejaculate with STD's and HIV. There is a very large amount of this concoction because over the years the Widow has learned that it use to take six months for a victim to get sick with HIV, but with more of her "beefed up" virus in greater quantities, a victim can go from negative to positive in less than a week. They can die within two. This is an experiment in death.

This will show a span of many years and how her virus has mutated with infections from her brother back and forth over the decades. I should say that the latest version is the deadliest...and Truvada keeps you from getting infected with it if you are on it. I didn't get infected with the long strand when I should have because of my HIV meds. I did get the rest of her unique STD signature with give you HEP C antibodies without virus. It gives you TB exposure without TB. Then there are the other STDs that you don't test positive for before your rape but you do test positive for afterwards. This shows a very long history of intentional infection. It is the signature of a killer. One that kills intentionally then disappears...thanks to the police. DNA that disappears? According to them anyways.

The infection also occurs during this phase. It also is not unusual to have a previously infected victim, like myself, set up to be raped again using Steven Frey as an excuse to blame someone. If the Blue Widow has someone to blame then nobody suspects her unless, like in my case, she sends Steven out of town to take someone to the airport whom doesn't get on a plane...huh? A tranquilized previously implanted person is much easier to rape because their EEG signals on the computer "flat line"...which means there is little brain activity going on. Even their breathing is much less labored. I can tell you my skull was bashed in and I didn't wake up. So you know this shit is strong. It didn't even wear off for a day or two then my head felt like it was going to explode. The sets of keys always allow entrance into a victim or target's home. Steven Frey changed his door locks so many times I lost count. He even built a wall inside of his garage to keep the Blue and Green Widow out. A set of bolt cutters allowed them in one last time to steal and pillage his home. Most of that "loot" as the Blue Widow calls it is sitting in a home here in Joshua Tree, including a kidney shaped cow hide couch and his large flat screen television...who has those out there?
The other thing that should be called to my team's attention is the photographic and film nature of her trophy keeping. It's important to note that although the Blue Widow gets all dolled up with hoodie, ski mask, jock strap and all, she's pretending to be a boy. She likes to have pictures of her with her victims. Pictures of tattoos, pictures of genitalia, pictures of strength and power over the helpless victim (check out my face on that Perspectives card Captain Reyes, kinda stupid not to have checked that out, since it was from the night of the rape. (Can't you just hear the all knowing Blue Widows voice to Det. Browning, "That's not even his face"; what else would the rapist tell you? Come on guys, she's obvious.) I never posed with a man's fist in my face, that's kinda not my style at all. So if my face is somewhere where it shouldn't be, it must have been taken when I was raped and unconscious...eyes open is a possibility apparently with this tranquilizer. (Remember my skull is bashed in during that picture and having open eyes is probably because of the blows.)
This should have told police that someone was mocking the rape victim that reported the rape a month or two earlier, instead it went into the file where nobody even investigated it. What would Lt. Joe Kenda say??? "My, my, my, there's pretty piece of evidence sent to me by the rapist...perhaps I should look into these artists and the art gallery.
It's all about the signature and the voids when you look at true crime. Where are the signatures and how can you link the victims. Fortunately for us, the Blue and Green Widow left behind RFID chips and a very telling HIV strand with girl DNA as the infect-or.
