Another Police Department To Be Concerned About

I know that I've spent a lot of time warning everyone and their families about the Palm Springs Police Department, but there is pause for concern outside of Palm Springs as well.  As the years have gone by, budgets and crime have risen and fallen, officers that were implanted that worked at the PSPD, have moved on to other law enforcement agencies in the valley.  Indio sheriff's office, La Quinta police and especially the Cathedral City Police Department have officers that are implanted...I would assume that the only contact I had in Cat City with a black, heavy set, officer is one of these men.  The shit he told me about what I'd reported was ludicrous.

There aren't as many as there are at the PSPD, but there are some, possibly many.  This crime has then spread throughout the valley so that Laurie can call upon these officers whenever she wants.  A good example of this was Deputy Fiebig from the City of La Quinta.   When Laurie needed a cop to file a police report against me, none of the officers at the PSPD were willing to do that for her given the subject matter of this blog and the information that she was trying to give.  This created a small problem because that is the department that Laurie is most comfortable calling.  Intimidation using those officers is much easier...one could ask for a warrant and all the rest would do the following threatening.  As it stands, Officer Fiebig's investigation is weak and he got no information from me.  You see I was trying to figure out just whom Laurie would use to get what she wanted from a police officer, to a district attorney, to a personal attorney, to a commissioner and his secretary.  I needed to see where she was going.  That's why I didn't do any fighting the illegal issuance of that restraining order while under a federal stay.  I needed to know where she would go to break the law.  That order and warrant, years later, points out where the problems lie.

I fear that there are more clueless officers at the CCPD that would make the same mistakes that the PSPD have...so be careful.  This law enforcement side of the crime spreads wider and wider the less crime is being committed.  Officers get laid off and move to other agencies.  These "ambush warrants" that are issued against the victims of this crime are unknown to us until we are pulled over.  The district attorney is not doing her job by asking for them and not informing the suspect whom is innocent until proven guilty.  In my case she issued a warrant against a police informant and a victim of rape.  It's a sad day when the prosecutors are working for the criminals.
