Just so I am clear on this, I, Kevin Lawrence Bond, have given my permission for Dr. Alicia Elmore M.D. and her doctors on staff from Michigan and the Physician's Assistant on my team to request and look at all of the MRI files for me on hand at the Desert Regional Medical Center. I want them to evaluate the MRI photos of my head and body with regard to the traumatic event that I reported to the Emergency Room on duty attendant on the dates that we have film for.
I want them to know that I reported, on the head injury, that I wasn't sure what had happened to me on the first visit and that I was sexually assaulted on the second visit for the MRI. I complained of severe pain to the right side of my head all the way to my right eyebrow. They should see the reports of the attendants that I am scanning tonight for them to compare their findings. They should also know that I was never given any medication for the severe pain and was sent home without any instruction as to what to do. The pain lasted about a month and a half, maybe two months and I still suffer from slight headaches about a level 2 on a scale of 10 every day.
