When a woman bullies a man, the whole dynamic of size and strength is changed. I've been dealing with a female bully since the age of 11 and now I am 47 years old. Same bully, same situation and same result...she uses her size and gender as some kind of shield, but her overly huge mouth always sets her apart. One thing that a woman has to do in a situation like this is find other people to help her bully...that is a crime.
Left to my own devices I've already tried reverse psychology when she tried to file a restraining order against me for telling all of you what she is doing. I figured, "what the heck, if she's willing to perjure herself just to get a court order to keep her away from me, that's cool...because I don't want her around me or talking to my family anyway." Of course I did what anyone would do in a situation like that...or did I? I actually removed the petition that was falsified to the federal court to stay the action and to keep myself from filing any kind of a response that she could use to lie about some more. What she did then is the kind of stuff my team was looking for. To continue to bully me and, in an attempt to have my probation violated, she allegedly then pretended to be a cop and called the district attorney that she usually uses and forced her to file a warrant years after the restraining order was issued but just days before my probation ended. That's just more bullying.
Men are at a distinct disadvantage when trying to have a female stalker caught, especially in Palm Springs where gay men are already at a disadvantage. You literally can be raped, attacked, have pictures of the attack put on a postcard and mailed to your home and have flyers put up on your residence to show that you are being stalked and they still won't do anything. You can have emails threatening you sent to your account saying that "I know you are an informant and bad things happen to them" and then she says stuff about the past that hearkens back to the period when she started bullying you...just to remind you whom she is. I already knew...Jonathan Mendenhall told me, Sgt. Anderson referenced her...and the actions reverberated with me like an ambush at your high school locker.
This is all part of my attempt to show you how far this person has gone to try to relive some kind of sick high school fantasy where she picked on me...but the lengths she's gone to are outrageous...all of my friends have been potentially infected with HIV from someone whom fits her description...and the DNA analysis is allegedly pointing that direction too. Would a bully go so far as to infect your circle of friends with a life ending disease...well, she did go so far as to put my boyfriend in jail for a year and a half using my pet's name for emphasis...so, you tell me?
There is anger and there is rage...and then there is criminal violence. My words have never risen to the level of intentional infection of a deadly disease...they may show frustration, exhaustion or irritation with this situation, but that's normal for a rape victim to show when the police bungled up so much for me. The last 8 years of my life I've had to be like a Jew or German Gay listening to Adolf Hitler screaming in my ear twenty four hours a day....it isn't something you would like. Would a black man want to hear a KKK member in his head? Would a police officer want to hear a gang member in his or her head? Think about what I am telling you and understand...my life was much different until she, like the virus, became active again.
