| Laurie and Brian's lists aren't much different than this, but they do include a whole lot of information about the victims of this crime...and how to put them in jail again, before their probation/parole runs out. |
One of the things that I think will shock most people is the level of idiocy that people will see in the lack of sophistication of the crime of electronic harassment. When you see how many victims that Laurie and Brian have allegedly created and had to keep track of, it's amazing how simple it was for them to do. Like a book of evil, Laurie kept track of just where victims were in their jail sentences, probation and parole, and just when time was about to expire, she would do something else to them. It kind of reminds me of the current warrant for my arrest for a certain La Quinta employee that got a warrant just days before my probation was to run out. Isn't that just amazing? What a coincidence...it's almost like I was saying all the right things...
Now I don't know why a person that doesn't know any of my friends, "post high school" , would keep a list of my friends from the time I was in college until I went to the casino last night, a period of about 30 or so years...but I do know this. If someone claims that they don't know any of these people on a legal document sworn to under the penalty of perjury, then is found to be lying...she could be in some serious trouble for interfering with a police informant, don't you think?
The other day when I met with Steve Frey I realized something...I'm sure that he isn't the first person to think that the police planted drugs in his vehicle and pulled him over to plant them. How does anyone prove that they weren't his? The first thing I was struck with was this...it is close to his parole being over. The second thing was the timing of the search. The third thing was that his truck had recently been broken into. The last thing was whom he is and what he means to Laurie and Brian. His first comment to me wasn't about purchasing drugs or being sober...it was about not marking his baggies the way that this cop found them. That tells me two things. He was supposed to believe that the drugs were his from the period that he was dealing and that he wasn't lying.
If you are the victim of this crime you know that Laurie and Brian are constantly trying to keep you from talking to the police. I was once told that while I was knocked out that Junior, pretending to be Peter Di Martino, had snuck a child into bed with me and taken pictures. This is something that I wrote about in my own journals. The thought of someone doing that is reprehensible. It sickened me to the point of writing about it in my journal because when you have been knocked out and raped, without any memory of the event, save the bloody clothing and Hep C exposure, you tend to wonder just what Brian and Laurie did to you. You never really know, but I've heard that they love to take pictures and shoot videos of the knock out rape and infection...Anthony Dabiere has seen some of these videos with children in them.
While you are knocked out...one of the most common features of the rape is the taking of your keys for copying. This would allow the criminals to get into your home...plant more knock out drugs and while they are monitoring your brain activity from home...they can tell when you have been sufficiently drugged for repeated rape. With copies of keys there is no forced entry....and the rapes continue until many of the victims die from AIDS related complexes.
There is something else that keys provide them with...and I know the two of them have a key to my vehicle, stolen from my parent's home, and that is planting of entrapment drugs that they can use later if you are driving around. In the case of Steven Frey, Junior and Laurie had access to his vehicle for years while he didn't know they could have put a baggie some place. The fact that the baggie was found by the police officer in a specific place where he was "told to look" allegedly, isn't a surprise to me. Jonathan Mendenhall told me about Laurie doing this to him when Nick Andre arrested him. Nick, somehow, knew how to open the back of Jonathan's vehicle even though Jonathan couldn't do it...and then he knew exactly where to look and didn't look through anything else in his truck...just found the drugs and arrested him. Wouldn't you want to know if there was more?
Victims, because we know the cops are in on this scheme, often believe that cops plant these drugs, but there is one consideration that I know most people don't have...and it is the likely reason these drugs are tipped off to the arresting officer. Laurie and Brian finally have enough entrapment drugs to spare a small baggie to hide in the vehicle so that when someone like Steve or Jonathan gets close to finishing their out of jail sentence, they can both be put in a position to defend themselves against another baggie found in their car that they didn't know about it. I know that Brian has had access to my vehicles many times...and we have the keys to prove it.
We also have, allegedly, a list made by Laurie and Brian themselves of where these entrapment drugs can be found. Perhaps some of them are even in the walls of the condo where Jonathan use to live....there is a huge hole that I've shown you right behind the door. What's in there? Who knows...but you don't make a hole in the wall if you aren't going to use it now are you? Something is there....I wonder what. On the list we have, there are many questionable things that show that Laurie and Brian are aware of where things have been hidden for future use. Using a baggie of meth that they stashed in Steve's truck while he was in jail is just one of the possibilities...I know that it is possible because Laurie and Brian are constantly trying to trap someone to teach them a lesson: You can never get away from us!
What people need to know is whether the cop planted that evidence or not...finding them through a tipster that won't appear in court is highly illegal...and is considered entrapment when the cop is tipped off from information gathered by using remote neural monitoring. The cops can't know something from Laurie or Brian through this system if Laurie and Brian can't testify...and I can promise you that neither could testify in the cases against Steve Frey...afterall, someone "doesn't know any of my friends post high school" now does she?
Laurie and Brian's list...as they concern me, is a who's who of stalking...and it proves beyond any doubt that they have been following me for decades...there is no way that any of the lists that we have are going to show anything less than attempts to rob me, assault me, defame me and to stalk my friends....there is no reason for her to have anything of mine in her possession and she's testified to the fact that she hasn't had contact with me in decades...and that's all bullshit.
If Sgt. Anderson does not believe that Laurie or Brian is capable of planting evidence...he need only remember the night before Christmas when she led him to the very couch that he searched in my sober living home. How else could he have known to look right there?
I also do not like that Brian and Laurie have stolen a key to my vehicle...and had access to it in Sedona, Arizona....and elsewhere...I don't use drugs and don't sell any. So I am telling Sgt. Anderson this now...if she plants and has me arrested, he can expect to be called into play.
