I'm not sure if Laurie picked up her law degree from the same university where she got her police badge, but it sure would be funny for the PSPD to know just how poorly she is representing them.
Laurie thinks of herself as some kind of expert...just because she's stalked criminal defendants from the arrests she set up for the PSPD. There is something just so inherently wrong about that. First of all she doesn't realize that there is a huge world outside of the protected environment of the Coachella Valley. She should ask Rae Fernandez how much bigger the world got when she was named as a defendant in a federal law suit. The first of several to come, I'm sure.
I've said that I'm going to move forward and I am...I know better than to give Laurie too much time to find an ignorant boob that will listen to her bullshit. If you "wait and see" you do it from a jail cell...I've had to do that too many times; Steven Frey knows this one too well too. I've got a plan involving the County of Riverside attorney, M. Katherine Jensen, Esq., the Geragos law firm and a federal prosecutor that I know...I don't think that the police, nor the judge in the civil case have all of the information that they need to make an informed decision about how a private citizen's civil rights have been violated because of remote neural monitoring. Were the Nichols' family civil rights violated by three police officers that are possibly implanted with these devices while a drug dealer sat on the other end of a wire tap listening in to private conversations...they have an expectation of privacy; informants or not? They certainly shouldn't have to fear that a terrorist drug dealer is listening in through Rae Fernandez' ears and thoughts...
The police had no expectation of privacy with me as I was an informant for them...wearing a wire is all part of the informant work. I also always informed the police officers that I was an informant prior to their interviews...they had no expectation of privacy at all. I was also asked to be an informant prior to Officer Kelly Fieux's threatening interview of myself at my home...just like capturing him on a hidden camera, I wore a wire that allowed his conversation with me to be recorded.
Laurie is listening in to private conversations between myself, my co-informant and lawyers...and playing lawyer trying to stop my work from continuing...this has had a chilling effect in the past with horrible consequences for Christopher. I won't allow that to happen again. Non violent legal solutions to this crime are plentiful...there are so many mistakes made by Laurie and the PSPD, I'm sure my plan will work.
