In my experience, this is the most wonderful place on Earth with some of the very best health care for victims of HIV/AIDS and HepC. EVERYONE CAN RECEIVE ASSISTANCE HERE!!!
So why did Steven Frey like to call this place the "Doesn't Apply Project" when he too suffers from HIV virus?
I think it has to do with all of the money that was stolen and used in his name to a debt of a half million dollars. You see, if you are poor, they provide drugs for you through different health insurances set up by the State of California. You don't have to have insurance for them to point you in the right direction. When Steven was hospitalized with third stage syphilis, he was put on Atripla and other HIV medications which I know he was taking. When he got out of the hospital, I went around to the various places so that he could get the insurance necessary for HIV meds.
There was no reason for him to be turned away for any services, unless someone checked into his debt which would show that he knew that someone had created this in his name and had no way of figuring it out.
Steven, like so many others, needs these medications to live. Has the PSPD conspired with Lisa to keep Steven and others from receiving the care they deserve because they refuse to look for the perpetrators of this crime. I told them about this money years and years ago, yet nobody has done a thing!!! He can't get the meds because he can't get out of this debt!!!
With Steven Frey not filing taxes because he had no income other than drug dealing for years....or odd jobs paid under the table...he had no way of knowing the kind of debt that Laurie had racked up. Now, if he even tried to start a legitimate business, the government would attach any wage he made. In short, he was locked into drug dealing as a career because there was no other way to live.
So the question remains, "How much about this debt does Steven Frey and his sister Sheree, know about?" How long does he expect to keep "Lisa's" secret and why?
In my opinion, and that's all it is, I think that having so many victims in our area that suffer from HIV is a way for Laurie and Brian to steal their medication so that the two of them have nothing to admit about their own health status. The more victims, the more meds and the more meds they can steal. Admitting on paper that either of them might have HIV would be an admission worth forensically looking into for matches to the Red-Yellow-Blue strain that almost all E.H. Victims suffer from.
