There is no doubt that Michael and Mindy Nichols are in the right hands when it comes to lawyers. The two confidential informants for the Palm Springs Police Department that had their lives destroyed and now live in fear for their lives have chosen the firm of Geragos and Geragos...one of the finest.
It would be my preference and I do give my permission for my team to speak to this firm about the situation facing Christopher and myself in terms of electronic harassment, illegal surveillance and our civil rights. This is a whole new area of law and mind crimes is a great place to align ourselves is with them. They are already representing informants that have been intimidated by the police here and they have what appears to be a strong case. Given that Rae Fernandez is involved in that situation and ours, gives us the right to pursue their guidance as well.
Letting this firm know whom I am, what transpired in San Diego while working for the Southern District of California and what ensued in Palm Springs with the PSPD's nosy middle person, Lisa, would seem to be a natural fit for my team and our attorneys.
Consider my permission granted. It's time that we send a clear message to the Palm Springs Police Department that we will not be treated this way. A hate crime has happened here...Mark Garagos is proper for this kind of situation as well as our own attorneys.
You might want to remind Mr. Geragos that I've already received some representation by the ACLU and the Police Complaint Center in the past...my work past, what happened and what we know that Laurie and Junior did to a federal agent while working for the Southern District of California.
I want to assure all of you that I am positive our legal team is on point, but my suggestion is this...if the Central District Court of California, Los Angeles is considering a case involving confidential informants civil rights mistreated, and we are investigating the same kinds of claims...we should foster a good relationship with a firm like the Geragos...a unique crime needs creative attorneys that think alike.
So while my team can contemplate working with the Geragos people...the likes of Rae Fernandez can suffer with the intelligence of M.Katherine Jensen, Esq., the same woman that represented the City of La Quinta and the "employee" that thinks lesbians in the workplace could be beaten up. That's what I call ironic...isn't it??? Remember Rae Fernandez, that "employee" says, on the record that she doesn't know you...at all...are you going to say the same thing? Might not be a good idea with what my team knows.
Think about this team of mine, wouldn't it behoove us to approach this team of the Nichols with the information that we have with regards to informant tampering and the woman attorney that filed that "workplace violence" restraining order against me? Let's face it, there is more than enough evidence to show that this woman participated in a legal action against an informant for the PSPD on behalf of a very questionable employee...scandalous isn't it?
With the issue of "informant misconduct" being at the core of the Nichols' case, wouldn't it be interesting for their attorney to bring up this question..."Officer Fernandez, were you ever contacted by (true name of the City of La Quinta's employee) to have a restraining order issued against another confidential informant for your department, Kevin Bond." Do you know the employee? Do you know if she is an employee? Do you have a relationship with her? What is the nature of your relationship with her? How do you know her? For how long? Have you ever contacted her in the course of your job to contact this confidential informant Kevin Bond or Christopher Monti??? So on and so forth....can't you just see M. Katherine Jensen Esq, shitting her pants??? Can't you just see the blank expression of not knowing what to say on Officer Fernandez' face? Should I say yes or should I say no? Why not just tell the truth Rae...my team is going to.
You see if Ms. Jensen or her firm that represented the City of La Quinta and it's "employee" is taken to task, they should be cited for informant tampering too...this attorney let stand an order by the state court that was stayed in federal court without calling it to the attention of Comm. Best. That's illegal. She's the lawyer, not me. This meant that the court, without representation for the City of La Quinta present, allowed a hearing to take place which compromised my due process, where I would present witnesses like Jonathan Mendenhall and Anthony Dabiere that could testify that the filer of the "workplace violence" restraining order not only stalked me to Sedona, Arizona, but then contacted them both while we were there to work on this case. In essence, Ms. Jensen committed a crime by law...by representing someone without having a hearing for my due process...the order stood for three years and a warrant issued for my arrest for a woman that I can show you, with a picture, was, indeed, in Sedona, Arizona at the time of my vacation...I could also call Sgt. Anderson, her "four year boyfriend/my police contact" to testify as well as other officers...Margie Miller, Tracy Coe, Robbin Dimmick and others...that will testify on my behalf...
If you all will recall, when M. Katherine Jensen filed that "workplace violence" restraining order, I, like Geragos & Geragos, tried to attack it by saying it compromised my "civil rights"...had it stayed in state court...and the state court issued the order without a hearing...thus compromising my informant status without a single PSPD officer saying a word...I'm no Mark Geragos, but I know how things work in court....
Technically, if I were these cops, I would think twice about counsel that they are using...that law firm isn't exactly the most non involved in informant tampering as far as we're concerned...just a friendly piece of advice.
For officers in the civil case in federal court here's something to ponder...if those drugs you gave to these business owners to "sell" for you were the result of busts you made using remote neural monitoring, then they are the "fruit of the poisoned vine" and subsequently can throw out all of the arrests that were made at that establishment. So, in short, if you busted Steven Frey, then used his drugs to entrap people in that sting, you have another HUGE problem in your case. Remember folks, we know whom Laurie tattles on and the chain of evidence has to show where those drugs came from...now don't go tampering with any logs....we'll know that too....
Wouldn't it be interesting if the drugs I told Sgt. Anderson about on the day we became informants from Chino Hills, then became the drugs confiscated by the officers that arrested Steven Frey then were used as entrapment drugs for Rae Fernandez? I told the police all about this whole thing years and years ago...now let's see where the chain leads us.
As I recall, in my investigation into the remote neural world of drug dealing...there were several busts of my friends right around the time that these business owners were selling for the police...does that last part sound just wrong to anyone else???
Here's a clue Rae Fernandez and company....buying drugs for the cops is called informant work..a sting! Selling drugs so the cops can bust people is called ENTRAPMENT...it's what I've said you've been doing all along with Laurie. Here's the PSPD's dilema...if the cops didn't give these business owners the drugs to sell, then why didn't they bust the source? The business owners. Those text messages they have between store owners and cops clearly will show there was an illegal relationship between the two...so then the cops go to the business owners home to "send a message" by destroying their home for less that $25 worth of stuff that was probably questionable anyways...it's called bullying. It sent me a message alright...loud and clear.
Make no mistake about this whole case everyone...it wasn't about the cops working with a pawn shop to collect stolen merchandise, like is seems. The cops have been helping Laurie and Brian steal our belongings for years and they never gave a damn!!! Pawn shops have to report this kind of stuff by law anyways...there didn't need to be an "informant" for that. This is about the cops in Palm Springs, selling entrapment drugs into the community...what kind of police department pumps drugs into our community?
I told Sgt. Anderson that is what I believed was happening with Steven Frey the very day I went to his home and he didn't think that would ever be the case.
This is ridiculous for anyone to believe otherwise...it's about a system of fucking the community that has been in place for decades...the cops set up a dealer...use them to entrap addicts, then fuck over the informant as a way of telling everyone to keep quiet. "Who's the woman in your relationship," Sgt. Anderson? I think it's either Rae Fernandez or Laurie La Tweeker.
So Rae, how many text messages do you have between yourself and Laurie? If there were this many between you and Mike and Michelle, there have to be texts between you and your sister friend right? Nick Andre? Officer Crochere? Who has those text messages on private phones that we need and will find? My team is allegedly very Verizon friendly too...won't be too hard.
I'll just bet Rae Fernandez is mad now!!!
