| click for threat 2 Wait a minute, I thought Laurie was telling her parents that she was following me as an investigation of me? So why is she telling everyone that she's investigating my father now? Could it be that Little Miss Big Mouth from the Little Miss Big Mouth of the South Family has something to say about nothing at all again? It would appear so. Today I awoke to Laurie trying to make something out of thin air again. You see stalking me for thirty years has provided her with what she believes is "INFORMATION" about something she has no idea about. I'm gay. I have gay friends. Some of my gay friends went to high school with me...and now somehow she's trying to create some lie about one of my friends and my father...if this sounds like blackmail to you, it's because it is. It's also a blatant lie to keep me from telling you about what she and her brother are really like. Above you can see proof positive that Laurie has been threatening me like this with more than just remote neural monitoring, you can see she actually does it in emails where she tells everyone that she was hired to do this to a police informant. That, by statute, is a felony...on many levels. My father is 73 years old, he has absolutely nothing to do with electronic harassment or the project I am working on. He is very friendly with my police contact, one of Missy's friends whom works on my team and, of course, he is my father...that makes Lauries thighs drip with anticipation of doing something stupid and illegal. My dad has already suffered through the rumors and lies and pain that Laurie caused with my brother in law, my own shooting, his own case and all of the things that Laurie's family could spread ugly rumors about, but what about Laurie and Brian's dirty little secrets? HIV infection, rape, child molestation, child pornography, intentional infection of a child with HIV, not to mention all the times that Rae Fernandez and Lt. Rey-asshole "looked the other way" for the two of them...allegedly. If Officer Rae Fernandez thinks for one second that he "Sister Friend" is privy to some kind of inside information that would charge my father with a crime from 38 years ago...than she's got another thing coming. First of all there was no crime, no allegation, no complaint, no victim, no police. My father is one of Bryan Anderson's best friends...so you're terrorist tactic of sending this girl out here to threaten decent people into silence is a HUGE MISTAKE!!! This might work with search warrants against your other informants...but this kind of scare tactic won't work with me Ms. Cop! You need to read what your Remote Neural Blabber Mouth has already testified to in a court of law, signed under penalty of perjury and denies knowing anything about before you go sicking your "police dog" on me any further. I don't like your tactics...and they are starting to get a reputation around this valley. Threatening families that help the police is starting to look like more of a policy than we all thought. My father is not a target of any investigation...my family is an outstanding attribute to the community. What this cop's friend is doing is nothing more than a crime against a police informant and his family that she has been obsessed with for decades. Laurie's family needs to do some soul searching and praying as far as I can tell...because the sins of your flesh are far greater than anything my family has a dirty little secret about. Ours have already been adjudicated...NOT GUILTY!!! The tactics of going out and meeting my sister and her friend at a high school reunion, following me to Sedona, Arizona and Hesperia, California, the texts, the emails...on and on and on...she isn't investigating me, my father or my family, she's fucking stalking us. This is a clear, by statute, crime. What refuses to be done is her "four year boyfriend" refuses to get an arrest warrant for this psycho and her brother and throw the two of them in jail for it. I have made no attempt to do anything to her, her family or any of her friends...nothing. I'm trying to keep her from killing my boyfriend, friends and family...the threats are there...look at them. Perhaps Officer Fernandez thinks I am picking on her and that there were so many others that did the same thing she did...that's called a "gang mentality" where if others do it, it must make it okay for me. Pedophiles are like this. Rapists are like this. In fact most criminals seek the comfort of other criminal acts...if Officer Fernandez thinks I am picking on her, then she should learn that Laurie use to pretend to BE OFFICER Fernandez on this very system. Laurie's called and pretended to be her using district attorneys and court secretaries...and all of this happened because "woman to woman" only a woman can pretend to be another woman on the phone with any accuracy. I've been telling everyone about this for a long time...if Officer Fernandez feels picked upon, perhaps she needs to recall how many calls she went out on for Laurie... Officer Fernandez should refer to the more than four emails I received from her own City of Palm Springs email account from a Verizon Droid cellphone that told me that she wanted nothing to do with my investigation...in fact, more than three times she told me to "take her name off of my mailing list" when she could have known all about what Laurie was doing...if you bury your head in the sand, your peach melba lipstick gets smeared and you don't learn about what the facts are Officer Fernandez...I tried to tell you a long time ago what YOUR friend was up to over there!! Now here's the thing...either Officer Fernandez cops to using her wireless communication device against City of Palm Springs wireless policy at 7:32 pm on 2/11/13 and other dates or she tells the truth about this not being from her. I would suggest to Officer Fernandez that other emails were sent to me from this phone from other officers and other victims...so careful Rae, the truth is what we're looking for.  If I were Laurie, I'd be more worried about what mom and dad knew about James Jones back in those days...because that kind of adult/child relationship is highly illegal!!! If I were the Palm Springs Police Department I would seriously worry about the skeletons coming out of your snitches' closet...they're far scarier than anything my family has to offer!!!  |
