One of Laurie's favorite past times over the years has been stalking my fraternity brothers from U.C. Riverside...she's been calling them ever since she stole my cell phone when I was implanted and infected. In the summer that I was implanted and infected, I also did something else. I got this tattoo. It is on the inside of my left ankle and has been there since the summer of 1987 when my fraternity brothers came out to 29 Palms to visit me.
So why is this tattoo important. Besides showing the lasting bond of brotherhood with Phi Gamma Delta, it has significance for my rape case.
Never was the petitioner from the City of La Quinta, by her own admission, near me since high school. My team has, allegedly, recovered a photograph, showing her face and my tattoo!!! The only time that this could have been taken is at the same time that the "Perspectives" photo was taken and the same time that I was being raped at Steven Frey's home. She probably thought that she was going to use this tattoo to try to blackmail me for HIV infection...but let's face it, I would rather stick my penis in an ant hill than anywhere near her.
Any photograph with her brother or her in it shows only one thing...that I was unconscious and that they were taking nude pictures of me while that was happening. Other pictures from that morning at Steven Frey's home with the same "creation date and time" will show that they were all from the same time period...grouping them as the date and time that I was raped if the computer's date and time were correct.
There is absolutely no way that I could have infected this woman...and we all know now that it can be proven by DNA forensic epidemiology. Any picture with her near my left ankle probably would have resulted with me kicking her in the face if I was awake. Unfortunately, I was knocked out...nobody photographs me without my permission.
Evidence of this sort is undeniable proof, if found, that there were two people involved, at least in my rape. A woman and a man, just like the "Perspectives" postcard suggests...Sunny McNair and Steven Arnold. We can assume that the woman in the picture is "Sunny" and the photographer is "Steven". I am telling all of you that I have no recollection of such photographs being taken and my permission was never given.
30 years of being stalked so that this very photograph could be used to explain away someone's HIV infection; unfortunately for this duo, they don't understand forensic epidemiology and the photo is nothing more than proof of intent to blackmail and rape.
From that session of blackmail-esque photos on the morning I was sexually assaulted came this, now infamous, photo of my face being punched. Laurie and Brian then set out on putting forth several red herrings...a website for Sunny McNair and a photograph and web page for the model in this picture whose name was supposed to be Emmanuel Poe. These are obvious references to literary figures like Edgar Allen Poe and the soft core porn from Showtime, "Emmanuel". Sunny McNair also is meaningful to me and to a photograph that was stolen from me featuring my friend "Sunny" and my pair of bloody jeans from the morning that I was raped.
