My team's ties to Ms. Britney Spears goes way back to the Mickey Mouse Club and before...and what might not look so obvious are the things that we have in common with her.
First she and my team share one very special friend...he's the kindest guy in the world and cares about everyone's well being. Britney has trusted me with his friendship for many years now and I wanted, on behalf of all of his friends, to tell her and others THANK YOU for letting us have all of his time when we know how much you miss him. We couldn't do this project without him and the love that you all showed him growing up.
I say all the time that being Laurie's favorite victim of her crime is a whole lot like being a celebrity without any of the benefits. Our private lives aren't just made public, they are the stuff that a stalker's dreams are made of. If I leave and go to another city, she literally networks with other remote neural terrorist cells to have me gang stalked wherever I go. I've been to Hawaii, New York and Los Angeles and the throngs of gang stalkers with their cars and oddly hateful gawking stares were the kinds of things that Britney has dealt with for pretty much her whole life.
The one thing that has saved my ass and Britney's is our love for family and the close ties that we share that kept us from going off the deep end. Just like in Britney's song, "Lucky", being this kind of celebrity isn't all it's cracked up to be...it's a lot of work...and the pay is definitely not worth the cost. Still, I couldn't do anything else because it is what I was supposed to do.
Thanks Britney and all of Benjamin's friends...we couldn't be in better hands thanks to the values that you and his parents instilled in him. We'll get him back to you just as soon as we can...he really misses all of you!!!
