When you want to catch a rat, you use the smelliest cheese...
Can you smell the stuff I used last night???
You see, since my friend Robby, whom is more like a big brother to me than a friend, came to town for a reunion, Laurie has been talking about him and watching my every conversation. She's fascinated by the interactions that I have with family and friends so when the opportunity arose last night to have dinner with him and others, I do as I always do...brace for impact.
I am smart about this project. I don't go around bragging about it or talking about Laurie to anyone in particular. I've warned my co-workers and family about her, but other than that...I say nothing. At some point, the guests at dinner noticed my electronic harassment wrist band and asked me about my project. When they question it makes it so much easier.
I basically reminded them of the Aaron Alexis shooting and that the project was basically about looking for the people that "told him what to do" when he shot up the Navy Shipyard....I told them that I was an informant for Bryan Anderson and that he'd asked me to do that for him IN FRONT OF MY OWN PARENTS. (One thing that you all should remember is that Bryan, himself, brought up Laurie's true name during that session with my parents there)
The credibility of having my own mom and dad there makes it easier for me to explain that I work as an informant on a case that has lasted over seven or eight very long years. There is no deniability of Bryan Anderson's part because should he lie, my parents have my back as well as Christopher and should he tell the truth, I am just doing the job he asked me to do.
There is no doubt that Laurie was planning on having her friends or family confront those people that were at dinner to try to make her look good. One thing that they don't understand is that Laurie was listening the whole time because of this technology and she knows what was said. Nobody realizes that I'm a human recording device...I look like everyone else. What Laurie does with that information is what this crime is all about. She may as well have been in the room...but she wasn't.
I did not volunteer Lisa's real name nor was it mentioned, but Laurie knows that I know it. Now she knows that I've protected the people that I love, simply by telling them that I am working as an informant.
Now let's let Lisa open her big mouth again. Tonight is Robby's reunion...and I plan on being there...or not...and you just know she's dying to put it out there again.
You see I know it's her. The lies told in that restraining order prove it. You may not know the truth, but I DO. So when I saw what she had to say I knew it was her...otherwise why would she have to lie? Funny thing about the truth...when you are involved with it, you know when it's true or false. That whole bullshit restraining order proved to me, beyond a reasonable doubt, that she was the person Bryan is looking for.
