I have currently laid out a plan of presentation for my team to the proper authorities as we get closer to a solution for our problems with electronic harassment, police and judicial involvement and informant work.
Two very serious crimes occurred with both myself and Christopher Monti in the County of San Diego. As most of you know, related to my situation, I was shot at after years of being stalked by electronic harassment while working for the U.S. Justice Department which would put this crime in front of the federal court. Possible contacts between Brian and Laurie to my employer during that time have been mentioned which would allow U.S. Attorney, Laura Duffy and opportunity to review the evidence to seek charges for that attempted murder. Apparently there are surveillance photos of myself and co-workers from the federal court while we were at work and other places in the possession of Laurie and Brian LaTweek.
Christopher was lured to a home in San Diego by David Beach and others where he was drugged and raped. That home is currently being investigated for items removed from that residence that were in the possession of Laurie and Brian LaTweek. This link to Christopher's rape and the admissions I heard from Brian LaTweek pretending to be "Peter DiMartino" reveal that Christopher was raped by the same individuals that attacked me at Steven Frey's home. The home, located in La Jolla, would put the jurisdiction in the hands of Bonnie Dumanis whom is also dealing with a tremendous problem of electronic harassment and gang stalking in her jurisdiction.
Parents should understand that this is not a shot in the dark. It is not a hail Mary hoping for a touchdown. We will lay down solid evidence of domestic terrorism and other crimes because we have taken our time to develop those avenues. Additionally I have a terrific working relationship with Ms. Duffy whom I have been in court with many times. I am also familiar with Ms. Dumanis as well. I am a credible informant with absolutely no benefit to be gained from my informant work. I asked for none to keep the specter of beneficial treatment by the police out of the question. That means that when I became an informant, even with probation, I asked for nothing in return...no expungement, no shortened time, nothing...that keeps my testimony from being impeached in any way.
Our attorneys are very familiar with the grand jury processes in both the state and federal courts and one was sought out after my shooting while I was being stalked. Conversations between my attorney and myself were illegally recorded by Brian and Laurie, allegedly, during this time. It is also alleged that Laurie contacted one or two attorneys partnered with the contact attorney while I was on leave with the court.
There is evidence that I was recorded while inside of the courtroom working unaware that this was happening...this is a crime. Private conversations between the judge, attorneys and agents were also recorded and could possibly be grounds for terrorist charges as well. I would like to note that I was not fired from my job, I resigned my position with the court to pursue the people that were stalking me feeling that it was not safe for my co-workers at that time. Years of diaries that were kept prior to my departure will show that I was very concerned about being stalked and about my safety. This should provide enough proof as to the fact that I was stalked and combined with the information allegedly in possession of my team will show whom was behind the stalking.
The plan for my attempted murder will also, likely, be shown to be a conspiracy between my stalkers in San Diego and a Palm Springs connection.
My team is interested in phone conversations, text messages and emails between Laurie and her brother during this period. In particular the night of the attempted murder we will be seeking phone tower information connection to a cell phone used by the shooter. We are also looking for information on the silver truck with cab used in the commission of that crime.
Our police contact Bryan Anderson will have to make a decision as to how he intends to proceed...whether he would cooperate locally with this investigation, cooperate on the federal level with the U.S. Attorney or to not proceed at all wherein my team will present evidence that could possibly link him to both of the suspects in our case. As informants, Christopher and I are obligated to protect our police contact as well as the victims and general public. When the crime began to show police involvement, our decision to make our informant status known was a way to protect ourselves and our police contact Bryan Anderson...I continue to reach out to him and his family knowing how dangerous Laurie and Bryan have been in the past.
Police officers that would seek to keep him from doing his job are also subject to further charges that we will be able to look at in the future.
