This is an example of a terrorist threat sent through the U.S. Mail as a postcard
If there is any doubt that it was sent this way, here is the postcard in mailed form as it was submitted to the PSPD as evidence that I was raped then stalked by my rapist, soliciting more violence against me for reporting my rape at an "art show".
I have made this point before, but I am going to make it again and again until someone realizes that when a rape victim receives a picture postcard with their face being punched out at their home, that it is a continued sign of stalking since the rape. The fact that I was arrested in numerous times after reporting the rape...from the day after reporting it on...this is what I have endured. I was TOLD to report this rape by the City of La Quinta's "workplace violence" petitioner's "four year relationship" boyfriend, Sgt. Bryan Anderson. From the second I reported it...I was in constant danger. I was arrested the next day and again the day after that by the PSPD.
I found out I'd contracted HEP C and syphilis from that rape, reported that to the police too...then my roommate received this in the mail at the sober living home we both stayed at.
You will notice in the picture of me on that postcard that my front tooth, at that point, was still there...it isn't after the rape. I reiterate, I DID NOT POSE FOR THIS PICTURE SO WHEN WAS IT TAKEN?
Sgt. Anderson answered a "domestic violence" call at that home between the addressee and his boyfriend...and proceeded to search my room.
It was obvious to me that this situation was caused because I did what I was told to do.
This postcard is a solicitation of violence to be asked for at an art show with dates shown above. I certainly did not pose for this picture and submit that it was taken during my rape. The rapist is clearly showing that not only can they rape a victim, photograph it, but they can use it to humiliate and threaten the victim, solicit more violence against him...and when reported to the police, it will go uninvestigated. It is an attempt at humiliation and terror. It is a violence for hire request and it shows whom the criminals want the violence to be committed against.
This is clearly a terrorist threat that, in the hands of the victim of rape, is a sign of continued harassment. There is no other excuse for the "Perspective" that it is asking for. It certainly isn't funny and if a woman was being punched in the face by a man, women everywhere would be crying foul. It is also proof that something DID happen, someone IS responsible and someone is still getting away with it. No matter what Lt. Reyasshole says.
When this was received by the detective in my rape case, it was ignored. What kind of police officer would do that? Christopher Monti would be raped 3 months later...this should have been prevented.
Allegedly, Jonathan Mendenhall and others have pictures that are similar in nature with a gun being pointed at their face...this would seem to be of a similar type of threat from the same suspects, according to my sources. Is this the way that Lisa threatens her victims into silence.
What Laurie wants you all to believe, if she is caught being the person that made this postcard and distributed it is 1.) That it is funny, but the truth is that it is in direct contradiction to what she says in that "workplace violence" restraining order about not knowing me or anything about me. This picture would have been in her possession...and the threat of violence, if it was from her or her brother or both, proves whom is the violent person. 2.) That this is a picture of a person named "Emmaunel Poe" for which she has posted "red herring pictures" on the internet as a distraction. I look nothing like him and he not like me. The name is a joke and a dead give away. 3) It was sent to my roommate whom was then enslaved by Laurie and her brother at the La Palme complex. 4.) It shows knowledge of my rape or at least shows some part in the continued threat to the victim of that rape. The question is why would she or her brother involve themselves in that at all? I didn't accuse either of them of the rape and according to court papers, she doesn't know Steven Frey or Peter DiMartino...both friends of mine "post high school". 5.) That I was saying something about her or her brother...but this blog and the other wasn't started until way way way after this postcard threat was sent to me...and it certainly didn't mention her or her brother until information was developed by me, an informant, for the police.
In short, her version is a complete lie. I did nothing to this woman but exist...she wants you to believe that my sheer existence is enough for her to want to hurt me...that's fucking crazy.
