Here's something else that I thought about today with regards to the statement made by the petitioner from the City of La Quinta when she filed for that restraining order.
Jonathan Mendenhall and Sgt. Anderson had mentioned the petitioner by name, but Jonathan told me that the petitioner was Lisa, using her real name. Before we went to Sedona, Arizona. On a suggestion made to me by Anthony Dabiere, I started a facebook account for this project and started to try to eliminate this woman as the person suggested to me by Jonathan. I had no idea where he came up with her name because he and I never spoke about anything from high school, yet after talking with Sgt. Anderson, it made sense that she could be Lisa. Jonathan told me she was a lesbian. I did not know her to be a lesbian, but figured I would ask online if anyone knew where she was. She did not respond, but I did get two facebook messages from that request. One was from Marc LeDrew saying basically that she was his friend and that she wasn't a lesbian. The other came from the sister of the man that accused my father of a crime thirty years ago. The same accusation that Laurie Johnson talks about in her emails to me. I didn't reply to either as I recall.
This was in January or February BEFORE WE WENT TO SEDONA, ARIZONA IN MARCH!!!!
Right before the trip two of my high school friends came into my work with my friend, then boss, Buck "Tony" Bottorff. These two women are two of my closest friends from high school in town for a visit from Maine and a high school reunion. They stopped by my work and took these pictures.
The next day or two, I would leave for Sedona, Arizona with Anthony....
Tracy and Robbin, both pictured with me above would also leave for Sedona, unbeknownst to me with guess whom...the petitioner from La Quinta.
So when Jonathan told me that Lisa had given him directions to my time share and I saw this picture, you can imagine that I had every reason to believe that the person that I was told was Lisa, was in fact, this woman pictured here. What's not mentioned in her restraining order is this trip to Sedona, from six months earlier and she says she doesn't know any of my friends post high school, yet here they are. Does anyone think that my friends wouldn't have talked about seeing me for the first time in thirty years? No possible way. The pictures you see above of me with them are the pictures THEY TOOK...that's how happy they were to see me.
This picture shows that the petitioner was on my radar for a very good reason. Her petition that is full of lies is another good reason to have said what I said.
The most important part of all is this...in the months from March until that petition was filed, my blog was full of things about Sedona, Arizona and the trip from Hell, but the petitioner failed to mention to her attorney that she was there and she was there with my friends.
So when the City of La Quinta's attorney decided to portray me as some kind of mental patient, she failed to do one very important thing...she didn't ask me why I thought this...in fact she filed this restraining order without one shred of real evidence...just the word of a woman that lied...just like Molly Bondhus in Christopher's case.
Why?
Is there anyone out there that thinks that I still have no reason to have said that this petitioner was questionable? She still is the one that verbally abused me in high school...her uncle is still the man that was involved in my brother in laws death...neither of which are mentioned in that petition. Then you have Sgt. Anderson talking about her in front of my parents. Then Jonathan Mendenhall told me she was Lisa out of the blue. Then she files this restraining order with bullshit made up evidence....and I'm supposed to keep that quiet???
The women in the photograph above, along with the picture taker and the men...are witnesses, but rather than contact them by phone, which Lisa can manipulate, they should be Skype interviewed or interviewed in person. Unless a police officer or private investigator can verify their identity in person, everything is suspect.
I do know one thing for sure...these women in this picture would never have gone to Sedona, Arizona at the same time as me and not said something to me...they clearly did not know I was there.
