From the years 2000 - 2004 Steven Frey amassed federal lien taxes in the amount of $411,847.20....that was over ten years ago and I am sure these have never been paid back. A federal lien against property means there is property in Steven's name that they are holding a lien against until the debt is paid back to the federal government. As the years roll on and the debts continued to not be paid, this debt is probably in the million dollar range.
Unfortunately this money wasn't dealt with at the time of Steven Frey's arrest for narcotics dealing in Cathedral City. I worked for the federal court and a debt like this would never have gone unnoticed. So why did the Larson Justice Center drop the ball on this major amount of money. It is my experience that they tend to make bad rulings based on Miss. Information from Lisa.
Part of the job of the informant is to bring this debt to the attention of police that were investigating Steven....so why didn't they do something? Why isn't something being done now?
From facebook postings we all now know that Steven is living in Sky Valley and God only knows if he thinks he owes this much money. I am bringing this to everyone's attention, not to get Steven Frey in more trouble, but as a way to take a look at whom is responsible for this debt. Certainly someone should be held responsible for this tremendous debt...and a convicted drug dealer should have been highly scrutinized for it. This debt may hold the answers as to whom benefited from Steven's harassment and all of ours.
Resolution of this debt is in everyone's best interest so that this kind of theft won't happen to our families and friends...it is imperative that we get this looked at.
Folks the reason that this is important is this. I found this tax lien for these properties after Lisa told me that Steven Frey owned them. I didn't believe her until I found the lien at the County Recorder's office on my own. At that point I figured that I was aware of what was going on. Dr. John Hall told me that in San Antonio, Texas, mortgage fraud was a huge part of electronic harassment...this was how the criminals were making money and putting targets in tremendous debt. Now that Lisa has followed me out to where my family is living, I can only imagine that the plan was going to be the same for me and my family. BIG DIFFERENCE HERE...My family pays their taxes on time every year...any kind of anomaly would be immediately identified and I would report the person I know to be Lisa.
The reason that this worked so well against Steven Frey is because he didn't file taxes for the years that he wasn't working which is covered mostly by this lien up until now, I would expect. His credit was probably good when Lisa started. Then she started playing with mortgages and properties between Sheree Frey and Steven...
Vigilance is necessary for all of us to remain safe. This kind of unchecked debt is all a result of identity fraud and an unknowing victim. Informing all of you is how you keep this from happening to you. This is why I don't think that Steven has any idea of the kind of debt these people put him in.
I hate to have to remind the Palm Springs Police Department but I was ASKED to look into the Steven Frey situation...I found evidence of a crime and reported it. For that I have been stalked for seven more years and followed to Arizona while Christopher was put in jail...I think it is high time someone at their department recognize our effort to do the job that they couldn't or wouldn't!!!
For trying to provide police with a suspect or two online because Officers Dougherty and Villegas threatened me, I am the one with a warrant for my arrest. Is that fair Sgt. Anderson? Someone has to come forward and every time I provide the police with a credible witness, they threaten them or discount them or defame them.
Jonathan Mendenhall, on our trip to Sedona, Arizona said only one thing about Steven Frey in the twenty years that I've known him...Jonathan said, "I feel sorry for Steven..." and I could tell he meant it. I didn't question that remark, but given Jonathan's relationship with Lisa, I'm sure he had a lot of knowledge about what she'd done.
