I have often wondered what it would have been like if Steven Frey told me the truth about "Lisa". Here's an idea that would have kept her from threatening him every single day.
All you need is a Sharpie and your bag of meth. (Sorry mom and dads this is a real world solution for those of you still afflicted with addiction and for the cops that don't want to be involved with entrapment issues...it's a sort of win/win....lose for Lisa)
No matter where you get your stuff from and before you even get in your car to drive home or walk home...take your Sharpie and write on the baggie what I have shown you above. For those of you that already know Lisa's true name I suggest putting her name and her brother's name on your bag of dope.
Police can not stop you and find the bad of dope you have on you and not keep the baggie and the dope...that might suck, but for those of us that know what Lisa is like, what you really get mad at is the intrusion into your private life. Cops shouldn't know you have it unless they see it or you are acting high. Either way...Lisa is not likely to call her goon squad to bust you if her name or a reference to her is on your bag of dope, no matter where it came from. This puts her in your case if you should get popped.
If Steven Frey had written her name on the bottles of GHB in his home and said, this was forced upon me by "Laurie LaTweek" to sell, there is now way in hell she could have called the police on him to have him busted. This is a trick I learned a long time ago to keep snitches from snitching.
I know it may seem counter productive to police work, but what it really is, is counter productive to entrapment and illegal surveillance in your private home.
There is no way that Laurie and Brian would risk having their name in your case...be sure to tell the police officer that you want that baggie saved for your attorney and to call Sgt. Anderson with the evidence. He'll know what to look for.
The theory behind this idea is this. If you write her name and her brother's name or initial on your rigs, your supply, your bottle of GHB...and the police are already finding it illegally because she spied on you and made a call...then you have recourse as to how they found your meth or supply. If you were simply walking home or got in your car, not high....there probably isn't probable cause to search you. If it was a tip to the watch commander or 911 from a woman that wasn't there....they will have to produce the 911 recording. If the officer has no other information that a woman's tip...they can't arrest. And let's face it guys, we know when it's one of "those busts" don't we? There's no way a cop knows that you have that teency weenie bag of meth in your tighty whities under your testicles...it's virtually impossible...it feels wrong. You know if you've heard her voice or her brother's, so now it's time for them to pay for their illegal activity. Snitching on you because you won't fuck them is a crime.
