In an extra post for "Things To Know About Lisa Week", I'd like to call to the PSPD Officer's attention another scheme that she's involved with.
(Oh yeah, who was the Watch Commander last night? Whomever it was Laurie, thinks she can call him and have someone arrested. Bryan Anderson needs to see whom was working last night Thursday PM to see whom Laurie still thinks she can use)
Lisa/Laurie has an affinity for "cop shopping". You can see an example of this in that La Quinta restraining order. It is my understanding that Lisa use to live well withing the PSPD jurisdiction in the La Palme complex down the street and you know that if she could have used the PSPD to file a restraining order to get a warrant her first choice would have been them. My team knows that she inquired about this with officers from that department and all of them turned her down knowing that I never broke the law and because they knew it was her. My team has mailings from a place she lived in where her court documents were sent...that must be the address she gave as her residence. None of the documents that I have contain the petitioner's address, just the City of La Quinta's address.
It is my information that this woman was not living in the Coachella Valley area when this order was sought. Which means that the petitioner had to shop for a cop that would believe her. That's illegal. Usually Lisa asks one cop a question under certain circumstances then, when she is turned away, she finds out what IT WOULD take for this type of order to come about. Then she asks the next cop with some adjustments to her story..."violence" must have come up at some point as her key to a warrant...but since what she said was a lie and she never contacted the police near her for a report, she shopped around for a cop that would believe her story...in La Quinta...
After that restraining order you see "violence" used again in the case vs. Christopher Monti. Something like that kind of advice sticks in her head like a needle in her arm...
If one cop turns her down she simply shops for another and adjusts her story. This is the reason she tells cops not to talk to each other about what she tells them....she's a liar. Dirty little secrets between Lisa and a cop is one of the biggest problems she has.
Once she's located the duped cop, she directs them to her favorite ADA, Aileen Alvarez then she contacts the secretary for Commissioner Best and the whole cycle is complete...this is judge shopping, ADA shopping and cop shopping. The key is this...if it isn't a crime to one cop, it shouldn't turn into a crime with another after her story changes. Cops need to talk to each other about this.
