A fist full of terror...or as Laurie calls them, "my favorite things". I want the Palm Springs Police Department to take a look at what possibly was uncovered in our investigation into electronic harassment...look at all these chips!
For every single one of these bio implants there is a hollow point syringe with someone's blood on it...so genetically as well as cross referenced with logs that identify the victims, there is a very good chance at tying the perpetrators to the victims to the police department. Every hollow point syringe will probably show the saliva (held in the mouth of the criminal whom put the implant in) and the thumb and forefinger/middle finger of the person that implanted the device. Corresponding to the chip number will be a hand written and possibly a computerized log of these numbers used in the electronic surveillance of the gay community and police department of Palm Springs. Undeniable proof that someone is illegally experimenting on the gay community and illegally communicating with certain officers of the PSPD in direct defiance of City policy...wireless communication devices are strictly forbidden for use by our police officers.
There is no other reason for these chips to be used without human consent.
