Of course you call a one legged woman Aileen but apparently a half brained ADA can be called that too. How does an Assistant District Attorney for Riverside County issue a misdemeanor warrant in a case where she has never heard the other person's side of the story???
I can guarantee you that she has never heard a tape of me saying anything like what that petitioner for the City of La Quinta says I said, because I know I never said it. The copy provided to me, didn't even play. So this A.D.A. is willing to issue a warrant with absolutely no evidence. I know I never called the City of La Quinta about their employee and the woman that I am investigating as a police informant for Bryan Anderson, doesn't even have a job!!! No job, no "workplace violence", no warrant. I could have shown Ms. Alvarez pictures that prove the petitioner was following me and that she lied in those moving papers, but she didn't bother...I guess that's what the warrant's for. How many times did the petitioner call A.D.A. Alvarez looking for a criminal warrant to be issued?
At the time the warrant was issued I had a witness that will swear that Lisa is the petitioner.
So I had a thought today about why Ms. Alvarez would do this.
Remember the Warm Sands case where my police contact was in the hot seat for some slurrish comments made while conducting a sting operation that he first said was approved by an A.D.A? The police never could name that A.D.A. to my knowledge, so Bryan took the heat. Now hear me out on this one.
If Bryan was called by the A.D.A. Alvarez and she told him it was cool to do this sting the way they did, then Bryan would have no text, no email and no documentation. What if Laurie, whom has pretended to be a Riverside County cop and other employees, decided to call Bryan herself and pretend to be her buddy Aileen Alvarez. The ADA would say later that she didn't approve it and she would be telling the truth and Bryan would also be telling the truth assuming that he believed the caller from the ADA's office was actually Aileen Alvarez. That would explain Bryan's position that he had the okay...
Remember now, I was told that the petitioner and Lisa have the same name; that's why I went looking for her online. When you look at what ADA Alvarez did with my misdemeanor warrant without having any facts from me or evidence of a phone call...why would she push for a warrant stemming from a call that she couldn't prove? I know I didn't call there...
So what you see here is this...someone that knows how to pretend to be an ADA on the phone that knows what Bryan needs to here to go ahead with that sting operation...someone with an agenda if it wasn't Aileen Alvarez...whom would want to pressure and humiliate gay men in Warm Sands? LISA!
The second though was this. If Bryan is saying this ADA is the person that okayed it then she changed her mind, that would probably make Bryan mad at that ADA...and Lisa would be laughing. Then comes my case and she once again she makes a decision based on no evidence in favor of the woman I was told was Lisa, the petitioner. I am a police informant for the cop that she now thinks is a liar...without anyone really being at fault. I am also an informant in a case where we are looking for a woman that is doing exactly what this petitioner is doing...lying, filing false police reports and calling the ADA daily pestering her for a warrant. The petition shouldn't even have been heard by the court since it was stayed...but that got pushed through too.
When you look at the time frame...Christopher, myself and Bryan Anderson are all put on the hot seat almost at the same time...by whom? Both Christopher and I are accused of "violent" acts and Sgt. Anderson is told that nobody at the ADA's office is supporting him.
The three men working on the Steven Frey case are now victims of half truths and circumstance created by a woman that is clearly lying to Bryan, myself and about Christopher. It looks like retaliation is the motive here to me.
I am left to wonder, if the woman working for the City of La Quinta is the same woman that filed the petition? Perhaps they just share the same name...but if that were the case then the woman I was looking for isn't working there and fits the Lisa profile. The difference could be as easily found as comparing the employee of La Quinta's birthdate with the birth date of the petitioner.
Clearly Mollybondhus, the witness that doesn't appear anywhere but the comment section of the online news believes that she knows all about Christopher Monti and that the D.A. should throw the book at him. That witness lied but she sure did know a whole lot about his arrests and what he was like for an innocent bystander and good Samaritan. Wonder if Aileen Alvarez got a call about Christopher?
Clearly I am being stalked...and clearly my police contact, Bryan, has something to do with the petition filer but maybe not with the employee. People in the same family often share the same first and last names...what about middle names? There isn't one for the petitioner listed...but I am sure the City of La Quinta's employee has one...I wonder if it matches the petitioner?
It would seem to me that someone is playing with all three of us and Bryan need look no further than that restraining order for whom it is and how she does it and especially whom she does it through. The woman that I was inquiring about DOES NOT WORK FOR THE CITY OF LA QUINTA, SHE'S ON THE MICROPHONE ALL DAY AND NIGHT SO HOW COULD SHE BE THAT PERSON??? A name isn't always what it seems....
So I guess my question is this. is Lisa using Aileen Alvarez' position to create problems for the three men working on the Steven Frey case which includes mortgage fraud, child porn and electronic harassment??? Would seem to me that Ms. Alvarez needs to do better checking than she does and she shouldn't hide a warrant from a person accused of making a threat...that's just another ambush waiting to happen. Certainly Ms. Alvarez knows my address...it's on the restraining order...so why no notification? I could have told her lots about being an informant, but being Bryan's informant, might not be such a good thing with Lisa hating him so much. Perhaps the petitioner hates him for his failed four year relationship with her and since she read my blog, she knows I am friendly with him...so she retaliated against me??? Certainly Mollybondhus lied and used a name that I am familiar with (Molly my cat; Bond my last name; hus=husband) as retaliation against me...
Bryan gets in trouble, Christopher goes to jail and I get a warrant...three problems to keep us from doing what we set out to do...and all of these stink like there's a female rat in the middle.
Is ADA Alvarez enabling Lisa and not knowing it? Or is the ADA doing this because she knows that Lisa does and is protecting her? Either way, her actions are shady to say the least...

Anderson knew her heard from an ADA and what was said in that petition, you get a very clear picture that someone is pretending to be someone that they are not. If I were Sgt. Anderson I would find out if the person working at the City of La Quinta is actually the person he knows or someone related to her with the same name. If she isn't that employee, then we know whom Lisa is...

BTW, if Aileen Alvarez was going to issue a warrant then why wasn't there a hearing set for the violation of that restraining order so that the petitioner and I could have it out in court. By law if I am accused of violating a court order it should be a noticed hearing on the civil matter too...that's when I could have shown the court evidence of stalking and my witnesses...and that warrant would never have been issued. Of course the violation would be in front of Commissioner Best and that's shady too...he's the subject of Anthony Dabiere's linked case with Steven Frey, he's responsible for my Prop 36 class for a no drug felony...and he's the person we're looking into for a variety of sentences that seem unfair to the victims of this crime. Oh yeah, he also is the guy that ignored a federal stay of that petition and had a hearing without me...I would refuse to allow him to adjudicate any issue regarding my informant work based on a conflict of interest for the PSPD.
