RFID Chipping, Voice To Skull Communication For Years and Intentional Infections of Deadly Diseases: The Formula for Getting Away With Murder and Torture

This is a metaphor!!! It is not intended for Laurie to try to spin it into some kind of ludicrous bomb threat analogy...it is simply an explanation of Laurie's scheme using a metaphor.

It has been said that a criminal uses a long fuse to give them time to get away with something.  I would like to explain to all of you how Lisa uses RFID chipping, Voice to Skull communication and deadly communicable diseases to ensure that nobody figures out whom she is...it's very important that all of you understand that this is a twenty year old scheme that has seen the deaths of many gay men that were implanted in our area.

First of all, you have all seen the blog header today...I simply ask the question, "Is it so hard to believe that a brother and sister would implant gay men with a microchip for surveillance and NOT do something even worse to them by infecting them with tainted blood?"   It's really a toss up between the two as to which is worse.  The privacy invasion that can last a lifetime or a disease or four that could kill them in ten years or so?  One problem with this entire scheme are the police officers that don't get the full compliment of this implantation.  They get the chips without the disease leaving them vulnerable for the rest of their lives to be followed by Lisa and her brother.  Do any of you really think she would stop watching you and your wives or husbands knowing that you won't be cops forever?  Your credit, your finances, your life is just as compromised as ours is and YOU have a pension.

So why are the cops getting the chip and not the disease?  Simple...they get physicals and have medical check ups.  The gay men and women that aren't law enforcement aren't asked to participate, they are drugged, implanted and raped.  You will see this in Dr. John Hall's book, "A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America" and in "The Invisible Crime" by Michael Bell...drugging and sexual assault.  It's kind of a, "while he's knocked out, we might as well sexually assault him" kind of attitude.

In Palm Springs, we have an added feature.  Around the country the targeted individuals that are complaining about being chipped and sexually assaulted are apparently not coming down with deadly STD's.  Those operators are smarter than our dear Lisa.  For them, a housewife or businessman coming down with HIV would raise eyebrows...there would be no explanation for it and it would cause doctors and police to say, "this person was sexually assaulted and drugged".  But this is Palm Springs and the victims are gay men...in our police department's eyes, we are degenerates that don't get treated the same way as other members of society.  Officer Kelly Fieux's taped interrogation of me during my rape report to him clearly shows an officer that is lying and that is threatening someone that was told to report the rape by his friend, another police officer.

I wonder if Officer Fieux knows that it was Sgt. Anderson that told me to report the rape.  A family friend...and a friend of Bryan's...I wonder if Officer Fieux would have been less of an asshole if he knew that.

My point isn't just my own.  I know of a few other gay men that came down with HIV infection and other deadly diseases after being drugged and implanted.  There was no reason for them to be positive either...but they are now, but nobody is taking us seriously.  One reason for this is Little Miss Know It All telling these officers that what happened was something different than what did.  Officer Fieux was under the impression that I had "sex with a Coke bottle".   If accused him of something like that he probably would have punched me...and I wouldn't have blamed him.

For Lisa to have been involved at all shows her participation in something that she must have been involved with.  Why else would she care?  She clearly isn't a friend of Steven Frey's or Peter DiMartino...and I certainly didn't allude to her brother during that investigation.  It lends itself to the question, do the police know that this is what they do to gay men and they look the other way?  Do they know her brother and she are doing this and listen to her exclusively?

I was positive before the rape, but undetectable and free of all other diseases because I get tested and full panel screened before and after that rape.  Before the rape, I had nothing wrong but the HIV...after the rape...HEP C, TB, syphilis and scarring in my anal cavity...I gave that report to the police, but since I am a gay man...it meant nothing.  You see in the normal world, that would raise an alarm...in Palm Springs, it's just another promiscuous gay man with an infection.  This is why this program of harassment has been so successful. Nothing raises and eyebrow.

Once the rape, if it is even known to have happened to a gay victim, is reported and swept under the carpet, Laurie is then free to dominate, desecrate and destroy this man or woman financially, spiritually, reputation-ally and their friends and family.  She talks to the victim day and night.  Robs them blind.  All the while the police know her by her true name, but the victim is given a fake "Tokyo Rose" like name that is "Lisa" or "Jessica" or "Victoria" or "Peter"....so that the victim can't report her.  Here's the kicker thought...the rape lights the fuse...a very long and painful fuse that gives her years to destroy a person's livelihood, until the AIDS timebomb goes off or the HEP C or the TB or the syphilis....or all of them.  Laurie tells every victim not to take HIV drugs...she tells them they don't work and she does everything she can to keep them from getting medical attention at the Desert AIDS Project.

The fuse is lit for many of these men because they have no idea that they have even been exposed to HIV.  How could they?  They have no memory.  The stereotype that all gay men and women are promiscuous is given to the police by Laurie who does nothing but try to set up sex appointments for these victims as a man on adam4adam.com.  In the case of Steven Frey, she had keys to his home and I believe that he was repeatedly raped over and over again.  I saw him in the mornings and once caught a glimpse of Brian in his home and in his bed while Steven was knocked out.  I saw him!!!

So for years Laurie/Lisa gets to do her favorite thing...nag, nag, nag and control, control, control while trying to insert herself and her brother into that target's home every single chance she gets.  She knows that eventually they will die...and there will be no more witness to her crime...but all that is changing with the advent and hope that is antiviral medication for HIV patients.  These guys are going to live now and that means that more of us are around than before...they've seen her, met her, bought drugs from her and heard her treat them like shit for years...but they aren't getting sick, if they have been tested.

My opinion is that if you are electronically harassed and have been hearing voices that the police should come out with a PSA that says, we believe you and we want you to get tested immediately.  It is not your fault if you are positive and we are concerned for YOUR health and safety. Above all else they need to make sure that they tell every one of these people, you aren't going to be looked at as crazy.  This is a real thing and there is a real chance that you may have a deadly disease that can be treated.  To not do this is irresponsible.  There are too many reasons why disease is rampant in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley...and now there is a big chance that this is being spread in our high schools through the little boys that were implanted.

For the police to have said, through Mitch Spike, that there isn't anything like this going on in our area, is an endorsement of Lisa's policy of chip and disease...it's sad, it's irresponsible and it isn't a good idea for anyone in the police department.  It is my opinion that Mitch Spike was told to say this by Lisa.  He doesn't know me and hasn't ever met me.  Someone had to have told him to say, in the middle of a rape investigation, that "there was no rape investigation" and that I "have mental issues".  That was a poor choice on his part.  Lt. Reyes told me I was "right on the money" with this rape investigation, so someone was lying.  All of that conversation is on a wire conversation as well.

So whom is feeding this information to the police?  Obviously, I believe it to be Laurie, but doesn't that involve her in the crime? If it is Laurie, then she has to have some reason for putting herself in Kelly Fieux's head.  I already know that she's bothered a police officer before who already responded to her, "What do you want now Laurie, I'm busy, I'm working"...so if there is any doubt that we know what she says that should be clear to this officer now.

So the metaphor is this...Lisa lights a long fuse for her torture and experimentation that ends in criminal sentences for rape victims and death if they don't get treated. The victimization of these people starts and ends without a single thing that they have done wrong.  I don't care if you use drugs or sell them, nobody's life deserves to be thrown away that easily.  Not every victim of this crime is a drug dealer, user or seller either...some of these men and women were targeted for their beauty or their contacts or both.  Remember, it isn't just the individual that is targeted, it is their entire family, their friends, their kids and anyone that has contact with them.

I intend to take a scissors to that fuse and have the dynamite removed.  I want these men, women and children to know that there is someone in the area fighting for them now.  I've been through a lot.  I know what she's done.  I know how you feel. I care and I want to help you.  I really do.  I will do it for free.  I will do it because it is the right thing to do.  This chose you, it chose me...believe that there is a reason that you are still here and help me fight this crime today.
