How To Prepare For Laurie LaTweek

A very wise and handsome Eagle Scout once told me this: Always Be Prepared.  This is something that every single victim of electronic harassment should have ready every time they walk out of their front door to walk home, ride a bicycle or get in the car.  Laurie is always ready to ambush you; she’s spent her entire life learning how to “jump you” with a police officer so now you need to know what to do once it happens.
Realize this before you step out the door.  You are a victim of a very serious crime.  You are at a huge disadvantage if you are walking out with drugs on you, in you, or whomever you are with.  This is a time tested terrorist organization you are dealing with and one thing you can damn well count on is that the cop that is stopping you doesn’t have the full story.  Your calm demeanor is a plus in this difficult situation.
I have taken to the local news and national spotlight to protect you so you need to be certain that you can handle the situation with the Palm Springs Police Department before they cart you off to Banning to the facility where you will be booked.

First and foremost is knowing what your rights are.  You have all of the usual Miranda rights that our police department is lousy at explaining to you at the time of an arrest.  If you are not “free to leave” you are either being detained or arrested, you can ask the police officer this question and immediately hand them the Miranda Plus Card that I have developed for the victims of this crime.  It waives your right to silence for the sole purpose of informing the cop that you are an electronic harassment victim (of Laurie LaTweek) and that you are informing them of this fact.  It also requires that the police officer include this in his or her report and that the waiver card be presented to an attorney with your file or at an interview that you have a right to as soon as you are arrested…not a week later in Indio.

You have the right to know how you came to be arrested too.  If it was an anonymous tip to the PSPD dispatcher, then you have a right to that phone call.  Her voice is very discernable and we have lots of questions for the police about these calls.  If there isn’t a recorded call, you can have the charges dropped.  No call, no recording, no arrest.  The problem with the PSPD is their clandestine relationship between Laurie LaTweek and the dispatchers or officers that respond.  An anonymous tip has to be verified through a second source…one call from Laurie does not constitute evidence…it is a claim from a person that is NOT at the crime scene…she’s at home at her computer stalking you.  As in the case of Christopher's arrest, it is illegal for her to call the police from a remote location to report an eyewitness to a crime.  If her eyes were 50 miles away, there is no way that is a good arrest.

You have to keep a clear head.  Sounding crazy looks crazy...and we all know what that is like.  I dare say that had Jonathan Mendenhall kept his wits about him and said the name of Laurie LaTweek being the person that forced him to outside the residence where Nick Andre was waiting, then he would have been let go.  What Nick and the other officers need to know is that you possess a link to the website that can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they are part of a domestic terrorist network that they consented to being a part of.  If they can be shown that you have that kind of information, then they will think twice about conducting themselves in a manner under the color of the law.  If you can tell the officer, "hey look, I know who you are and I can prove that this arrest is part of a domestic terrorist experiment" then he will back off.

Do not give up this information at the time of arrest...simply tell the officer that you are a victim of electronic harassment and give the true name of Laurie LaTweek as the operator of this system.  Laurie is the ONLY PERSON, BY HER OWN RULES, THAT TALKS TO THE POLICE, THAT IS HER RULE.

It is now a fact that in a federal court that a defendant that absolutely shot to death another person was found not guilty because of this crime...that's the truth.  Read the Washington Post article from yesterday.  Preserving your defense on this level starts with informing the arresting officer.  Then, when you talk to an attorney, you show them the information and the KMIR 6 story on this blog....that's the beginning of your defense for this crime.  After that comes the recorded 9-1-1 call and how the officer came to be sitting outside and waiting for you.

You see where I am going?

Be safe and follow the rules.  Laurie can be stopped but you have to be prepared.
