It is a fact that Jonathan Mendenhall was going to testify on my behalf that the City of LaQuinta was representing a woman that DID NOT WORK FOR THEM...and in doing so was seeking to commit a criminal act against an informant for the Palm Springs Police.
When mail showed up at the same place where the court paperwork for the City of La Quinta employee that did not belong to the City of La Quinta employee...did the County of Riverside, the Assistant District Attorney and the City of LaQuinta conspire to commit a terrorist act???
The mail located at the mailing address for the City of La Quinta employee allegedly belongs to my research assistant, my boyfriend, my informant mole and others involved in my investigation. This was before and after the restraining order for "workplace violence" was illegally issued on behalf of the City of La Quinta and the City Employee....in other words, the "home" of the person represented by the City of La Quinta, may or may not have held evidence of a crime committed against my team. This would make the City of La Quinta and others responsible for the continued terrorist threats and the illegal incarceration of my informant partner Christopher Monti.
This is a very serious problem for the PSPD, the County of Riverside, the Riverside District Attorney's Office, M. Katherine Jensen Esq....and others...
