"U r a deadman", did Steven Frey actually write this text message or did he plead guilty to it because of other illegal activity involving mortgage fraud with Laurie? Did the Larson Justice Center Commissioner enter into an agreement with Laurie acting as a police officer for the PSPD for a lesser sentence on a charge that should have carried felony implications??? One thing is for certain, Steven Frey knows whether or not he actually wrote this text and by his reaction in the courtroom when I showed it to the judge, he was shocked by it.
I don't, for a second, believe that Steven Frey sent me that text message and then there are all of the others where he says that "Peter is taking him on a vacation", "Peter says hi" and others...I am certain that when the police questioned Steven Frey about my rape that Steven said, "I don't even know Peter, but Kevin talks about him all the time." Certainly I am justified in my accusation by the texts that are solid evidence that someone, either Steven or someone pretending to be Steven, wanted me to think that the two of them were friendly enough to vacation together, so that would make any kind of testimony to the police about "not knowing him and me talking about Peter" a lie!!!
So did Steven Frey or Peter DiMartino lie to the police? Do they really know each other like the text messages suggest? Or was Steven Frey involved with the crime of electronic harassment to the point where Laurie had to buy a house for one of the victims in Steven's name and Steven had to lie to keep that secret.
Lying to cover up another crime with the intent of deception is called collusion....and that is where Laurie and Steven have a past that needs to be examined. Just how deep did those ties run?
Did Laurie actually spoof that "u r a deadman" text message to me...we all know that she has a mouth on her as the posted emails suggest....and tell Steven that she could make a call and have it reduced? We all know that there is something hinky about the name Steven Frey at the Larson Justice Center and with the PSPD...just how deep do those ties go?
My team may be able to prove that Laurie sent that message and others to me...and if Steven plead guilty to save his own ass, then there could be other charges awaiting down the road. I know I tried to tell the court that I wanted to be there for his sentencing and made those arrangements, but they went ahead and did the sentencing without me. I could have told the court that I was an informant and the severity of that threat, I told his attorney, the district attorney and the PSPD, but nobody listened...
Collusion to cover up the crime of electronic harassment and financial gain does seem to go hand in hand...and then there is that huge debt owed to the IRS.
