Okay, We're Going To Talk About It...That's What Responsible People Do

After my anoscopy today I have decided to talk about something else that is common amongst the Palm Springs victims of electronic harassment.  Are you ready kids?  Human Papilloma virus...there, I said it.  Can you?  HPV is, unfortunately, one of the common markers of a sexual assault and/or as I will call it, "Sexually Transmitted Cancer" and it is a serious thing!!!

In addition to causing cervical and ovarian cancer in women, it can also lead to anal cancers in men.  Though very treatable if caught early the signs of HPV are not pleasant.  More commonly seen as genital warts...HPV is often left untreated and can cause bigger problems down the road.  HPV is the cause of an estimated 5,600 different types of cancers found in the body and can be traced to oral cancer, penis cancer and throat cancer.  Oral sex is linked to HPV infections in the mouth and can spread.

Often times, men and women that are sexually assaulted with designer drugs are attacked and left memoryless.  In these cases a person can be infected with HPV and not know anything about it until it develops into cancer...that's a fact.  For men and women I recommend an anoscopy and gynecological examination...this can greatly reduce the risk of cancer growing...

I know that this topic is not something fun or sexy...but it is a reality.  I, myself, am happy to say that it is something that I have recently had done at the suggestion of my nurse practitioner.  It is important to note that he recommended this for me when he found out that I had been sexually assaulted with a date rape drug even though the police department here doesn't believe me.  A man and a woman knows if something has gone on when they weren't awake for it.

Intentional infection of HPV through a syringe, as is what appears in the PS cases allegedly, is a sad commentary on our police department who looks the other way.  I brought the police bloody clothing, lab reports, and told them this happened to me....they never even went to the scene of the crime nor did they go to a district attorney...nothing.  They simply waited for a DNA report for three years...said they had results then turned around and said that there was nothing...they even tested two suspects to match the DNA on my clothing then turned around, lied and said there was none....sick huh?

Now I want to show you all something that will break your heart.  This is what can also happen if HPV is left untreated...I know it's shocking, but this is an extreme example of why everyone that is electronically harassed should be examined.  Please pray for these kinds of individuals...we all need love, don't we???
