Of all the names in all the world why did she have to pick this one...and tell me about it??
When people like Jonathan Mendenhall and Mark Finley, my friends, were approached by Laurie and her brother Brian for sex and to tell them about this torture, they were already victims of this crime. So, in order for Laurie to try to persuade them to fuck her or at least work for her, hurting me, she told them the story she tells everyone.
Now, I've already told you the truth about the extent of my "relationship" with Laurie LaFelony, what she tells people is a hybrid story from my own past combined with a lie that I told her for years. It's funny now when I think about how many people that she must have told this lie to now.
When I was in college, I made the decision that I was gay...actually, I just decided to stop fighting the fact that I was gay, there was no decision. I had a pseudo-girlfriend named Jacquie and I'm sure she pretty much knew...but we lived together in separate rooms in Redlands. Jacquie went to Europe, met a guy Scott, with whom I am friendly, and they ended up getting married. That's the true story.
The story that I told to Laurie over the years is this: I was engaged to Jacquie and that I called it off because I was gay...which Laurie has now adapted to "Kevin and Laurie were once an item and since he was gay he dumped her..." and so on and so forth. This story has many adaptations, but the truth is that I was never engaged to be married, because I am gay and I am very comfortable with who I am.
Laurie has also been told a very long myriad of lies to find out whom she is. Things that are obviously meant as a lie so that Laurie could be found out. I told her that I have a kid named Ryan, not true. I told her that my best friend, whom is happily married to a woman I love very much, was gay. Really all I did was plant the seed and let Laurie's mind and mouth take care of the rest. And boy howdy, she loved the drama. You see, when you are being stalked by a gossip, the best thing to do is to plant a lie to see how far it will spread. I'm just wondering how many of these lies got back to her family?
So when Laurie got around to telling people like Steven Frey, Gary Bowman, Mark Finley and Jonathan Mendenhall, she came up with a hybrid story that suited her needs. She picked a girl from my past by looking at a yearbook that her brother, Brian, stole from me in San Diego...Lisa Baker that way she could continue the lie in my head without being too suspicious. The infamous Lisa was born. If there was a Lisa in my past, then she could continue to be a person from my past that knew about me without being the notorious Laurie LaFelony. You see if Laurie told the real story she would look like the gay hating bitch that she is.
You can ask Sgt. Anderson what I have to say about Laurie LaFelony. He'll tell you I didn't say anything. The golden rule is this. If someone says that they are friendly with someone you despise, you don't say a word. It's just good manners. What I am thinking while he is telling me this story is this. "Hey, that's my story. I'm the person that went out on a dirt road with Byron and Mark and smoked pot. Laurie LaFelony is a total hag bitch. How could Bryan Anderson even be friends with such a lowlife scum?" You see that in my thinking transcript, but I don't utter a word to him. Here he is lying through his teeth, he didn't even go to high school with her, and all I am thinking is "yep, that's her".
Lisa is a name that was carefully chosen to mimic someone else from my past as a cover for whom Laurie really is. The real Lisa Baker came to my mom and dad's home a few months back and we are still very good friends. She's had alot of things happen in her life, but she is always a good person. Sgt. Anderson probably will remember her brother Gary Baker, another track star; pole vaulter...
With all of the people in the world that Laurie could have chosen to be, she picked a blonde girl, her favorite, that she probably had a crush on.
