There's An Explanation For My Thoughts: Best Expressed By The Photo Below

You know the expression about the one bad apple?  I do and I know what it takes to keep the whole bunch looking like I want it to...yesterday I wasn't impressed and I want to explain to all of you why.

 

First of all, I am an honest person.  I have spent many years in the courtroom watching United States Attorneys and defense attorneys attacking each other's cases.  I worked for a judge so I sat there neutral...not really having an opinion one way or another...that's the job.  I know what it takes for a conviction and I know how defense attorneys play the game.  One lie and you are a liar...your credibility becomes, "if you lie about this, what else would you lie about..." and then the jury hangs their label upon you.

 

My team knows what Laurie and Brian do.  There is no way that I can ever argue that we don't so when I see an error, I want to call it to their attention because I run a clean investigation.  There is very little room for mistakes so I am not happy with a few aspects.

 

I would like to first ask all police officers, how many of you heard from Laurie today, "see, I told you that Anthony and Jonathan aren't really Kevin's friend"?  How many? I know what she does.  She puts herself in the middle of everyone else's business then acts like she knows everything about everything, but when you look at it, could Laurie actually be friendly with Jonathan and Anthony and not be a liar???  On court paperwork?  In a restraining order?  NO!

 

You will all recall that when Christopher and I went in to see Sgt. Anderson about informant work that I told you that I was all but ignored by Sgt. Anderson.  I gave him information about Laurie's drug supplier that would have ended up as a huge bust for the PSPD, but instead he focused on Christopher.  That was fine with me because although I had plenty of criminal charges that could have been assisted, I didn't ask for help.  I know what that looks like in a courtroom.  The defense attorney asks you, "what did you benefit from by doing this bust" and if my answer is, "I had some criminal charges expunged" then I look like I had a reason to lie.  So I let Christopher deal with his issues and I took the hit.  For credibility's sake.  I had a burglary charge that was bullshit that I could have sought help for, but instead, I paid the fines, went to classes, paid the money for two more years...for credibility.

 

So now here we are four years later and I am one of the most respected advocates in the country against remote neural monitoring, a position I neither wanted nor desired.  It means I have to stick my neck out farther than anyone else all the time. I go on radio shows, I've done one news spot on rape in our area and one on "hearing voices"...both of which I have taken a lot of criticism for.  I do that for one reason, because I know I am right.  The police have bad mouthed me, Laurie had bad mouthed me and things have been said.  That's the role of the champion.

 

The Aaron Alexis shooting happens and all of a sudden, it's, "geez, is this guy Kevin right?"  "Is that what is happening here in Palm Springs?"  I am glad I stuck my neck out.  Someone has to.  That's the job.

 

I employed two of my friends to go inside of this operation and work on finding out what they could. Two of the best, Anthony and Jonathan.  Jonathan has years of experience as a sex slave for both Laurie and Brian.  Anthony has years of experience as a researcher.  Neither is dumb.  Both have lots of problems with their credibility.  Both have warrants for their arrest.  Both have been labeled by Laurie as drug addicts and have drug convictions.  That's how Laurie works, she creates a crime then calls a cop.  I've been there and have pulled myself out of that situation more than seven times.

 

I figured that with what they know about Laurie and Brian, the two of them have more than enough reasons to seek justice, but then there is a problem and that is what I called attention to yesterday.

 

First of all, as the title of this blog suggests, this is a PARENT COALITION, which means I started it so that parents of victims of this crime can understand what this is like and so that they can have a dialogue with thier victim children.  That's not getting across as well as I'd like.  Parents need to be involved because thier credibility can assist ours.  Does everyone understand that?

 

These parents spent lots of money raising my friends and caring for them.  They certainly did not send their kids to Palm Springs so that a police department and a lunatic lesbian and her brother could turn them into monkeys that could be thrown in jail if they got too wise.  My friends are smart, educated, very positive and very very tired of being treated badly.  In other environments, in other cities, much larger than Palm Springs, my friends thrived.  They had no criminal records and never got into any kind of trouble.  The agenda that Laurie and the PSPD did not fit for these kind of gay men, so their reputations were soiled, as Laurie soils everything she touches.

 

So then there is yesterday.

 

I did not send Anthony Dabiere into this investigation to perpetuate any kind of lie for Laurie.  To me and to a defense attorney an unspoken truth is as good as a lie and they will jump all over him.  That is not helpful.  Certainly the Palm Springs Police will do the same, although they never extend anything like that to Laurie or Brian.  Just us.

 

For years, I have shown you, that Anthony Dabiere's helloworldproductions@gmail account is compromised.  I've shown you IP Addressed emails from him with his mom's name misspelled, I've shown you facebook pages with him mourning the loss of Jonathan Mendenhall and conversations with Jonathan's mother about it.  I've shown you evidence created by someone else to make Anthony look like he's up to something fraudulent...and I don't believe it.  What I am tired of is Anthony's silence on this matter.  He wasn't living in Los Angeles because IP Address information isn't from there.  His account has been purposefully misused to mislead you all.  It's a red hering.  It's a lie.  His ad says that he's "Mrs. Hello" that writes for Odyssey Magazine so he should be receiving a paycheck from them.  In his name.  Under his tax code.  Period.

 

For a long time I checked the Odyssey Magazine's online Ass-Trology report where Jonathan Mendenhall use to post his astrology report.  The reports continued at least six months after his death.   This is explained by that facebook page which changes the author's name from "Misterhollywood" to "Mrs. Hello", but the writing style has not varied.

 

What you are likely seeing here is a fraud or at least a perpetuation of a lie.

 

I have shown you that Laurie likes to make people dead online.  Ken Frank and Rafe Garcia/Gardner/Melends (whatever name he is this week, suspicious?) are two great examples of what Laurie does when she doesn't like you.  She kills you online.  You can clearly see that she knows them because of yesterday's email.

 

What I am taking exception to is the perpetuation of the lie that Jonathan Mendenhall is dead.  If Jonathan is still writing for Odyssey Magazine and Laurie is using helloworldproductions@gmail.com's address, then it is being published in Odyssey Magazine that way and it is NOT the truth.

 

This makes me very upset at the three of them.  It could be construed that the three of them have entered into a scheme to commit a fraudulent death.  I am an informant. My job is to inform.  That's what I am doing.  Laurie will tell everyone that this gives all three of them a reason to fear me.  That's a bullshit smoke screen.  I am an informant, again, that's what I do.

 

What I believe is happening, and this is only a theory, is this.  Laurie was furious that Jonathan, emancipated himself from his sexual slavery from Laurie and Brian.  He hates them.  Laurie then went online and created a fraudulent death, like she always does, but went way farther than usual.  She made up fake online obituaries, she posted ads in newspapers in the hometowns of Jonathan's family, she wrote me emails from Jonathan's parents and wrote me a "death notice" with the word "ransom" in it.  That concerns me. 

 

What concerns me more is that Jonathan and Anthony are playing along with it.  That's not good.

 

Jonathan, in a showing of defiance, sort of, continued to write for Odyssey Magazine, under a new name, using Anthony's compromised email, with the full understanding that Laurie created a facebook page making Anthony the author of the columns.  That is a fraud.  This smacks of conspiracy without any explanation.

 

I don't work with conspirators to commit a fraud, plain and simple...it has been three years since Jonathan's death and even though he may be defiant of what Laurie has done to him, he hasn't gone nearly far enough and neither has Anthony.  You can not perpetuate a fake death.  You must report it and you must be clear.  Period.

 

My reputation is at stake because I've worked extremely hard at my credibility to have it besmirched by two people that don't know what they are doing.

 

I have families to report to.  I am trying to make a point here.  Nobody is believing Laurie, so why make it easier for her to lie about you???

 

Jonathan's parents and sister are implicated in the fraudulent death, that's not fair...it is a travesty of justice that either Anthony or Jonathan must bear, not me.  For Jonathan to have changed his surname on his articles is suspicious.  It perpetuates a lie and misses his point of defiance.  You can't be defiant and be someone else.  For Anthony to allow his good name to be used and the business of helloworldproductions is something he would have skinned me alive for and he knows it.

 

Yesterday is about one thing.  I want my apples to shine.  Christopher and I have been arrested for sneezing, jailed for coughing, yet this fucked up police department lets something like this stand?  Ridiculous.  This takes us from second class citizens to third class citizens and it is diminishing.  I won't have it in my investigation.

 

Had the truth come out before Christopher's arrest he would not have lost a year and a half of his life....that is something he won't ever get back.  Anthony and Jonathan have warrants for their arrest but the PSPD couldn't find them if they were sitting in front of the police station with a neon sign on them.  They couldn't find Laurie or Brian living right down the street from headquarters, but they sure as Hell could find Christopher and me if we were hiding in the Swiss Alps and they would arrest us and jail us.  Third class is what this whole lie does.

 

Don't think for a second that Anthony and Jonathan aren't my friends, they are just not doing what they were sent in to do and they need a strict reminder that you gentlemen have jobs to do.  I expect them to be done.

 

Period.

By the way PSPD, if Laurie is telling you that Anthony and Jonathan are her "friends" then she's already lied on a court document hasn't she???  It's ridiculous for anyone to think that they are friends, it's just another attempt to make herself look innocent.  I think this was a "Young and the Restless" plot from television...so Laurie.
