The picture on the left is my face being punched out by Brian LaBitch's fist (allegedly, according to Jonathan Mendenhall)...the picture on the right is an artist's depiction of the HATE CRIME committed against Matthew Sheppard for which both men were convicted.
The picture on the left was sent out in the mail to my home and others, I assume, as the announcement for an art gallery show. It is entitled "Perspectives", I assume that means, the artist's perspective, because it certainly does not depict my perspective of the night that I was raped. This postcard came out just after I reported my rape to the PSPD and had been threatened using electronic harassment the entire month before I reported it.
This picture is probably from the night of the rape...I know I didn't pose for it...people that are unconscious do have their eyes open sometimes....so what you are looking at is a key piece of evidence. What Laurie and Brian have done to cover up for the "artists" afterwards is also illegal...it's another red hering.

I doubt that Matthew would like the painting of him and I know I don't like this picture of me, but it is representative of how people see crimes against gay people. A woman raped in Palm Springs with a postcard of her face being punched out sent to her in the mail would yield an investigation into the artist. A gay man, electronically harassed by Brian and Laurie LaBitch, is fodder for police bungling and stupidity. They want to say they don't hate the gays? Then where was the investigation into this threat.
I didn't die from my rape, but if I hadn't known that I was infected with various STD's from that night, also reported to the PSPD, I might as well have died.

This is California, but we're behind Wyoming in our understanding of gays...no wonder so many cops leave here for there.

This postcard has always been and will always be "gloating" and a way to advertise for violence against me. It is a "look what we can do and get away with it" advertisement. There are at least 6 men that were approached to hit me by Laurie after this card was distributed. The police still have their thumbs up their asses. If it was a picture of their wife on the postcard, I'll bet they'd be way more upset.
Laurie's friend, Ken Frank has even sent emails threatening to do this...Laurie herself even said "one day you'll just disappear" and yet nobody takes this seriously.
Incidentally, six months after my rape, Laurie and Brian's friend David Beach lured my boyfriend, Christopher Monti, down to a home in La Jolla, California where he was drugged and raped and implanted. If Det. Browning or anyone at that department had done anything to look into the "artists" then Christopher would never have been victimized...nor a few more of my friends like Robert, BK, and others....negligence resulted in more damage.
What Aaron doesn't say in his comments during his trial for the death of Matthew Sheppard is what Laurie and Brian say all the time, "...because he was a faggot"....but Aaron McKinney's girlfriend heard him say it...and testified to that effect.
I would also like to call to your attention to the email that Laurie Johnson just sent to me the other day...you know how Laurie doesn't think I should say she's a "lesbian" anywhere...she outed two more gay men that own the "Bermuda Palms Hotel"....so she gets as good as she gives and being a "homosexual" isn't illegal nor is saying someone is. See there Laurie, you did it again.
Incidentally Sgt. Anderson, I have shown my father the first Laurie Johnson email from misterlauriejohnson@yahoo.com and tomorrow I will be showing him the second one. He knows whom I suspect that they are from and recalls whom we talked about at your home the day I was brought there to talk about Steven Frey. That was when Sgt. Anderson believed that I knew where drugs were coming from in Chino Hills. When we did the informant work, he did a complete 180 degree turn.
