When it comes to internet fraud Lisa and Brian's shameless crimes are not limited to rape and child pornography, now Lisa isn't just inventing a crime, she's inventing a whole new human being. No matter what the law is very very clear when it comes to being accused...YOU, as the accused have an absolute right to confront and cross examine witnesses against you...but when the prosecutor is telling you that you are facing five years in prison in a system that is corrupt that your boyfriend is telling you about AND the police have already screwed you over...you forget about the witness and you plead guilty despite your innocence. You all know how I feel about taking the guilty plea of an innocent man...but this department sucks and the cards are stacked against you....so Christopher's in jail...
Who the Hell is the 911 operator that took Mollybondhus' report??? Did she even call herself Molly Bondhus? Didn't she tell the witness to stay there and talk to the police officer? She's more than willing to take the credit for Christopher's arrest online, but not in person? Didn't the 911 operator get her information...that's standard procedure...and that call lasted long enough for a foot chase of a bike thief on foot...then they stopped for a ride...long enough to explain that they were "newlyweds" in town to be married, but she didn't get their names...addresses...information??? Didn't the arresting officer get the witness report as the three of them sat around talking about the "bittersweet irony" that wasn't lost on any of them...she says she was right there when he was arrested...that's an awful lot of effort for a woman that disappeared from the arrest scene isn't it???
Don't tell me this woman wanted to remain anonymous either...she practically sprains her arm patting herself on the back online. And boy does she know a lot about Christopher...Hell, I'm his boyfriend and even I don't know that much. Funny she doesn't mention that there are also fake ID's in his name...that I found just before he was arrested...why is that? Well if my brother had made these id's I wouldn't have mentioned that either...
The legal fact is this...the woman claiming to be the 911 emergency caller has clearly committed a crime by lying about what Christopher is wearing at his arrest...if I am a lawyer all I am saying is, "You said his shirt said this...."Say No To Drugs"...he's wearing a collared polo shirt with no writing on it. Is your eyesight so bad that you can't even read a blank shirt??? What else can't you see? How could you have clearly seen this crime if you can't even read a blank polo shirt...you are a liar...that is reasonable doubt...NOT GUILTY!!!!
Then there is the problem with her story and 911 call.

Clearly the police targeted a man on a bike and the caller made it look like something that it wasn't, then made him look worse by accusing him of being "on drugs" and a "hardened criminal"...this looks like a Lisa/PSPD smear campaign to me...I've been there...done that...bought the T-shirt...and it didn't say, "Say No To Drugs"...but the police didn't do anything but target an informant against Lisa because she and her brother are drug dealing rapists...
This is stalking...this is witness tampering...and it is misconduct with an informant and none of it is legal!!!
Here's another bit of evidence for the police to swallow...the bikes at Wil Stiles are readily available for the public to ride all the time...they are out ON THE STREET...and there is a very good chance that Christopher asked and was on it legally...here is a picture from the crime scene...see the bikes on the street...see the pedestrians...this is trumped up and I know it!!!
I talked to the owners of the store in the week following the incident and they had no memory of a "strong armed robbery" either...wouldn't you remember something like that???
