One thing that I have been telling you all about now for years is how Lisa and her brother Brian make contact with every single person that I know...I hope you don't think that I am exaggerating. In the latest information that I am giving to you as an informant for the police department I have told you about Kenneth Charles Frank and his role in the stalking and conspiracy to commit a crime against an informant...ME!
Lest any of you think that he didn't know that I was an informant, you already know a few things...he's admitted to being on of the operators of this system of torture..."changing the frequencies for my sheer misery"...and he also lived in the same complex as Lisa and her rotten brother Brian at La Palme. What you don't know is that he is also a self confessed "bank hacker" and a two time convicted felon with a prison record. Lisa used him as her computer expert and wherever she goes she needs him to set up the computer system for her. This is something that he has done for her several times in Palm Springs, 29 Palms, Hesperia and in Sedona, Arizona.
Helping Lisa and her brother to follow me, Steven Frey, Christopher Monti and others is his full time job. He doesn't do anything else...just like Lisa. I do believe I mis-reported his Volvo license plate as CA TEXN however...it is, from my notes CA TXXN...I just uncovered some of those the other day. So if police want to check his CA license...they can likely do that through his car registration.
When I moved from Palm Springs to Hesperia, California, I left to get away from Lisa and her brother...she followed me...and, once again, pretending to work for the police department, she talked to my roommate and his mother (whom did not believe her) and lied about targeting ME for them...his name is Scott Becker and he is another example of what Lisa does to stalk me as an informant in this case...at that point Steven Frey and Peter DiMartino were suspects in my rape case, so why would her brother be stalking me? I can tell you it is because her brother is the man that pretended to be Peter and is the man guilty of my rape...he also confessed to me as being the man that raped Christopher Monti...he brags about it like it is some kind of sexual conquest. The stalking in Hesperia is ALSO after doing informant work for the PSPD!!! Lisa was stalking me as a victim of her brother's rape...and she also told me that the police knew that there was other DNA on those bloody clothes...we have the conversations recorded by my team between her and her co conspirators.
I wanted to point out that, once again, Lisa and Ken Frank went to Hesperia to stalk me during my rape investigation and as an informant for the PSPD. My gas tank was ruptured at the house that I was living in, so I know that Lisa and her brother were there...Brian bragged about doing this too...this isn't the first car of mine that he tampered with either...Jonathan Mendenhall knows that he did this before I moved to Hesperia too...tampering with an informant's vehicle could cause a serious accident and is ANOTHER ATTEMPTED MURDER!!!
I do believe, if questioned, that Anthony Dabiere will state that while in Sedona, Junior wanted to tamper with my new car as well. (This is why I always park in a locked garage)
I also forgot to mention yesterday that in addition to the gun and chainsaw in Sedona, Arizona that Lisa actually managed to steal a key to my vacation rental by threatening Jonathan Mendenhall into taking one. I was quick enough to realize that one of the two was missing and had the electronic lock re-keyed when I noticed that Jonathan had taken one. You get use to this with Lisa...she steals everything. So what we know is this...she had a key, she had GHB, she had a gun, she had a chainsaw, she had duct tape, she had a convicted felon... and she had a plan...
Lisa and Brian have ALWAYS USED KEN FRANK AS THE "HIT MAN" (A ROLE THAT LISA WANTS CHRISTOPHER TO PLAY FOR HER TOO)...USING HIM AS THE MUSCLE THAT NEITHER SHE NOR HER PUSSY BROTHER HAVE...I HAVE PLENTY OF THREATS FROM KEN...ALL OF WHICH ARE VERY VERY SUSPICIOUS. SHE EVEN USED RAFE AND KEN TO THREATEN ME ONCE WHILE I WAS AT STEVEN'S HOME ASLEEP IN HIS TRUCK.
Lisa is ALWAY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HIT ME OR COMMIT AN ACT OF VIOLENCE AGAINST ME...ALWAYS AND YOU CAN SEE THAT IN THIS PICTURE...STUPIDLY CALLED "PERSPECTIVES" MADE RIGHT AFTER HER BROTHER SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ME FOR HER PLEASURE IN STEVEN FREY'S HOME!!!

| This picture depicting my face being punched was distributed thru the US Mail after I was sexually assaulted by her brother as a way of intimidating and humiliating me as a victim of rape... This is the way she liked to depict Ken and Rafe online...as thugs...as "Muscle Mary's" as she calls them...people to be feared...this is what she is all about..."Perspectives". Now I was shown these pictures years ago...like 5 or 6 by Ken Frank himself...but on the death posting that she posted for Rafe on Ken's Google profile she makes it seem like it was taken just months ago before he "died"...this is another lie...you can clearly see that Lisa not only likes to depict both of these men as thugs, but sees them both as sexual objects too...once again, I think that Ken's "live.com" account is a fake made up by Lisa and Brian LaBitch.      |
