Here, for the first time, is the entire police report from the night that Brian LaBitch shot at me after years of stalking me in San Diego. You can clearly see that, at the time, I was working for the federal court. There is a witness to the shooting...and Brian has confessed to this crime many many times over. If you have been one of the people that he bragged to about committing this crime, I would suggest calling the SDPD and talk to a detective about what he said and did. I would also suggest telling them what you know about him stalking and sexually assaulting me here in Palm Springs,California at Steven Frey's home.
Withholding this information is a crime.
I would also remind the police of the text message that I know Steven Frey did not send that says, "now I know why theres a bullethole in your door, too bad THEY missed"...how would Steven know that there was anyone else in the shooter's car??? I never told him anything like that...it's something I like to keep to myself...for just these reasons...
Now, I'm no expert Sgt. Anderson, but if a person confesses to a shooting for which there is a police report wouldn't that give the police probable cause to search for the gun in all the place that he or his sister lived, since they cohabited. Anthony's affidavit on child pornography and a conversation in person would also yield probable cause to search for those kiddie porns too... Wouldn't you want to know, if Lisa was stalking me, if Brian and she had conversations about me in emails on computers about me...since you also know that she talked about my life in San Diego wouldn't you want to know if there is evidence of stalking on those computers now that they are living so close to me??? And on and on....
I would call to your attention too that Christopher was also sexually assaulted and drugged in San Diego...and Brian has taken the credit for that also...
I deserve better than what you people have done for me and Christopher!!!!
The police report number is on this report and you need to come forward before he hurts someone again!!!
