Working with the federal government afforded me the opportunity to work with some of the country's best lawyers. So when the City of La Quinta decided to pursue criminal charges against me as an informant working on a huge mortgage fraud case, I decided that it was high time to see the evidence of "threats of workplace violence" that they had as evidence against me.
I've never called anyone in the City of La Quinta, I've certainly never threatened anyone THAT I KNEW WORKED THERE, and I haven't been able to follow up on leads out of fear of baseless allegations that never even received a court hearing. Everything that was done to me was done in private, without any type of legal court proceeding, during a federal stay of the matter....and it was supported, at least after the fact, by members of the Palm Springs Police Department whom did nothing to pursue an obvious injustice on behalf of their informant.
I will be in contact with some of my lawyer friends and will give the names of Det. Fernandez and Bryan Anderson; one of whom is referenced in the initial complaint.
I will have my name exonerated one way or another...I have every right to protect myself as both an author and an informant whose information lead to credible ties to half a million dollars in mortgage fraud, negligence with respect to allegations of child pornography, and intimidation as both an informant and a victim of a crime.
Negligence with respect to a currently issued illegal warrant based on the knowledge that the PSPD has with regards to that warrant is an issue...
